I stayed here while waiting for my visa for 2 nights earlier this week. It was an enjoyable experience. The staff spoke English, the rooms were clean, the service was excellent, for example, when I couldn't figure out where the light switches were, someone was at my door to help me within minutes, and I was on the 17th floor. The food in the sixth floor restaurant was not bad. I had a club sandwich one day for lunch and sweet and sour shrimp (although I'm not sure that was what it was called) for dinner one evening. The bed was very comfortable. The price is right too, at about 300 rmb per night. My room had two twin beds with white down comforters and the room was spotless. The heater worked very well. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is certainly adequate and well maintained and very suitable for business trips if you are on a budget.

Room Tip: My room was on the 17th floor and it was very nice and quiet.

I stayed a couple nights in October, while the rooms were ok the service was completely unacceptable.

I arrived around 11PM, the staff could not find my reservation, despite the fact that it had been confirmed two months prior. Not only was the staff unorganized, but they were completely unsympathetic to the fact that I was thousands of miles away in a foreign country but were unfriendly and challenged the assertion that I had a reservation at all. They were "kind" enough to find a room for me in the hotel for the night, but were clear to point out that they were doing me a favor. The following day the issue was straightened out but only with a great deal of intervention from my travel agent, never did they apologize or acknowledge any sort of error had occurred.

Other issues I will point out with this hotel are that the elevators are very slow and it can take quite a while to get on to our out of the guest floors. Breakfast is sub-par with few options and everything reeks of oil, even the eggs.

On the positive side the rooms are relavatively clean (but small) and the wifi works. Given the poor level of service and confrontational nature of the staff this property is best to be avoided, there are plenty of other options to choose from in HK.

Stayed at Caritas Bianchi Lodge for a couple of nights upon the conclusion of a group tour through China/Hong Kong.

The hotel is in a superb location - in a quiet side street only metres away from Nathan Road (where all the action is in Kowloon). Subway is only minutes away... and the airport bus is virtually opposite the hotel over on Nathan Road.

Night Market and Jade Market only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of great (and cheap) eating options alongside the Night Market. Dozens of general shopping options also within a few minutes walk.

Room was large, bright and tastefully decorated (appears like a recent renovation). Spacious, clean bathroom with a great shower. Flat screen tv, comfortable bed, and lovely views (from the 16th floor) over the park at the back of the hotel. Free, reliable wifi provided in room.

Check in was slightly problematic - I had one night booked with the tour group, then a second night booked independently... and staff seemed to find this all too confusing! However, it was all sorted eventually and no other issues were encountered during my stay (staff were polite and helpful).

Breakfast (included in room rate) was a mixture of Chinese and Western options, which I found to be fresh and tasty. A quick and reliable laundry service is available across the road and a 24 hour convenience store (7-11) also only metres away.

Have to agree with a few other reviews - the lift/elevator always took AGES! Also - on the 16th floor there was a lovely little balcony with a few small tables and chairs that overlooked Nathan Road. But it appeared to be permanently locked up. Not sure why - as it was enclosed in wire to avoid people jumping/throwing stuff off. Disappointing, as it would be a great asset to the hotel if this was available to guests!

Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay. Well priced, compared to similar options in Kowloon. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed here for a few nights in July. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from the main street and the airport express bus stop.
The staff were friendly and helpful, I lost my bag and 'kathy' was particularly helpful in trying to help me locate the bag (although it remains lost).
The rooms were a decent size, clean and tidy. with a mini bar, flat screen tv and toiletries.
I had breakfast included, which was fine, with chinese and western style.

I stay here regularly an note that it already has a plaque to celebrate good reviews on TripAdvisor. This is very good value and only a few minutes by bus, just of Nathan Rd, from TST where most of the shops and bars in Kowloon are. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a very good standard and the free wifi is a great bonus. The breakfast is, essentially, Chinese so may not suit everyone. I will be back.

Room Tip: All the rooms are quiet

It's hardly a luxury hotel, but it's exceptionally clean and functional. The rooms are small, but seem to have been recently refurbished and are very pleasant to stay in. Service is efficient, but not particularly friendly. The hotel is located close to a subway station and in an obviously very busy but interesting part of town. The Internet simply works, and the breakfast is decent enough.

This place had the feel of an business hotel, with very modern rooms, all in brand new condition, very clean all located just off Nathan Rd. The room had a large flatscreen and a minibar, which I had not seen at all throughout my travels in China.
It was far enough away from the road to be quiet but only a two minute walk to the train line (goes through to Hong Kong's Central station) and right next to the A21 airport bus stop, which I highly recommend. Also within easy walking distance of markets, restaurants and Kowloon park is only a few blocks away.
Being a reasonably tall building can have its setbacks though. With only two lifts getting up/down can involve some waiting. On the bright side, that's the biggest fault about this hotel.
