Given that no reasonable hotels are cheap in HK, this is a good option.
POSITVES
The rooms are on the compact and small side but are clean, well equipped with a modern bathroom, beds are comfortable.
It was nice to get complimentary chocolate and fresh fruit on arrival!!
The hotel is in a great convenient location, with the ladies markets just a short walk away, MTR station closeby to get to other parts of HK and plenty of places to eat! This is one of the highlights of the convenient location for sure!

OTHER COMMENTS
Not sure if it is just the general abruptness of the HK people, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The check in process was very matter of fact and not friendly at all, it was as special as boarding a bus! after given room keys the attendant was off to the next person to check in and we were left to figure out where the lift was.
There is NO help with bringing your bags/luggage to the room - it is a do it yourself basis.

The breakfast buffet has limited range, and works by an order form basis, where you choose what type of breakfast you would like, give your choice to the waiter and they serve you that.. so not really a 'buffet' as advertised. The things that are out to eat are the regular croissants, toast, a fruit plate (this seemed to dissapear really quick with no refill).

There is free wifi in the hotel, but if you wanted to use the internet on the pc's in the lobby the hotel charges for this by the half hour!! This is rather dissapointing, given a lot of the other hotels I have stayed in provide this as a complimentary.

We stayed here last week (5 nights) and found it very convenient. We requested for early check-in (8.30 a.m.), which was accepted by the hotel. We felt that was a great customer service. Rooms were small but very comfortable. Entire property is very neat and clean and very nicely maintained. The best part was its location. It is located at a walking distance from the Mong Kok MTR train station and very near to Nathan Road from where you can easily commute to anywhere in HK. Also, it is just a couple of minutes walk from the busy 'Ladies Market' and shopping areas of Mong Kok. So you can rest assured that you will never get bored. Those who are not keen on local food, there are McDonalds & Pizza Hut within the shopping areas. There was also an Indian Restaurant (Miss India) which we found very convenient (since we were more keen on Indian food). Staff was polite and courteous, language, no issues. There are some minor things that one may miss here (for example, no newspaper in the room, no comb in the shower kit etc.) but overall a great experience.

Stayed here en route to China via Shenzhen. Great location, near the East Mong Kok train station (for MTR to LoWu -> Shenzhen), and also close to Mong Kok station on the line through Tsim Sha Tsui to Central. Mong Kok is in some ways a little more relaxed than Tsim Sha Tsui or Central.

The room was small, but very clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Slept well, and breakfast was really good value. Staff were quite helpful. I'd stay there again.
