Three people ( myself, wife and daughter ) had to share a standard room with 3 single beds in our first night. We hardly had any room to move and virtually no space to put our 3 suitcases. The next day my daughter complained and we got to changed to a slightly bigger room with one double bed ( my wife shared with my daughter) and a single bed for myself.
We think this is rather unfair because as a family of 3 adults and we were charged as 3 individuals but not given a family room. In future Hotel should take note as families sometimes do travel in odd numbers (i.e. 3 ,5 or 7) and not necessary in even number. Being charged for 3 people and put into a twin bed room with add on single bed is ripping us off and a No, No.
