Had deluxe room which seemed pretty small compared to hotel we had stayed in previously. Club lounge a bit drab but very good service. Check-in on club lounge easy and very nice and helpful staff.

Pros:

You get a smart phone to be able to use outside the hotel for data and to call some countries.

You can get the free shuttle from the Airport Express in Kowloon to the Regal Hotel which is literally next door.

Cons:

Found location a bit out of the way from the main Tsim Sha Tsui/Star Ferry district.

Breakfast quite poor, tea abysmal.

Wifi limited to 2 devices per room so that was taken up by 2 smart phones and in the business centre you had to pay extra for wifi and printing.

Probably would not stay there again due to location and breakfast.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a view, although from what I understand the view is blocked by some buildings.

We have booked a night at the deluxe suite and a few other rooms on the same floor as we have an event nearby the area.

Some credit that I would like to give to this hotel. The night before our check-in, we told them we would like to drop off some belongings first and the concierge offered prompt assistant. I do think this was quite flexible as some hotels would not allow us to do so. The lobby staff are always friendly and they always open the doors for you.

Check-in was fast and overall staff was polite. Room wise, thy were quite clean in general with warm colour tone. Bed was quite comfortable. The only concern was that some guests still smoked on non-smoking floors! The standard room was also quite nice, overall feels clean. I guess they have done some renovations recently?!

When we entered the suite, there was strong cigarette smell. We called the reception and they quickly got 2 staff up to spray air freshener around (but of course was not effective in clearing the odour). We requested for a room change and initially the staff has informed us that the same room type would be available at 9pm if we would like to change, which was okay for us. However, to our surprise, they have called us back 5 minutes later and told us they could offer us a better room!

We followed them to the 2nd room and it was much bigger and odourless! I believe it's their royale suite, which this has made our experience more joyful and totally exceeded our expectation. Their Royale Suite was much better than the Intercon Deluxe Suite in terms of living space and décor in my own opinion. The living room was spacious and equipped with expresso machine. There was a separate guest toilet, which was even more convenient for us as we have lots of guests over in the next morning. The separate bedroom was cozy and quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The ensuite was modern and clean and have a TV inside. There was also a sizeable dressing area with dressing table and a closet. I totally love the stay!

If you get a chance, highly recommend to dine in this hotel. Their restaurant Sabatini is one of the best in Hong Kong and definitely need to try their cakes at Fine Food (though some of their staff could be more polite at the cake shop!). It is one of the best! This hotel also offers generous credit card discounts at their dining outlet for certain banks so please remember to check :)

Room tip: Some rooms offer seaview. It seems they do not have room rates for their suites on their website. Can call the reservation to check, good value in comparison to other hotels in the area.

This a great hotel, club rooms a little small for the money, but very good customer service and nice and clean.. Very good Managment. If you can book an upper floor it's advised as noise from restaurant and entertainment can be easily heard in the room on floor 6

This is a well-appointed and centrally located hotel staffed by helpful and courteous people. I was very comfortable here while working for a week. The beds are comfortable, the showers invigorating and the food above average. Best of all, there is a complimentary smart phone which you can phone UK/US?Aus for free and use for shopping tips and google maps. A brilliant idea! Just a shame that the pool was out of action for the duration. Nonetheless, I would be very happy to go back.

Room tip: Club rooms worth the extra.

We have stayed in HK previously at the Harbour Grand Kowloon and we felt that the lobby/front desk staff were, while very efficient and helped us out with any request were a little aloof when compared. The breakfast was quite reasonable and the staff there was very friendly. The room was not huge but the bed was comfortable and the service staff were very good. The location was very good, walk to nathan rd and close to the mtr. Overall a good experience. Say 8 out of 10.
