Stayed for 3 nights with wife and kid. The room with king bed was spacious for hongkong standards and I am actually very happy with the room. There is enough space to move around even with a kid, enough space for two big luggages.

Didn't include breakfast in my booking so I can't comment on the food.

Front desk and concierge were all very good and kind, something that amazed me for hongkong since I have stayed in other hotels in hongkong and I never failed to encounter rude staff but for this hotel, the encounter with all their people from front desk to concierge to the guards and housekeeping they were all courteous. The check in and check out was a breeze.

Location wise it's good it's attached to Jordan MTR station although downside is that the prudential building is old and going to and from the MTR you have to take flights of escalators, it's fine if you only shop but it's another story if you have lots of things to carry or in my case, a stroller for my kid. But in the end it is still manageable, you just lost the comfort of a lift.

It is much better and wise to just take the A21 bus to and from the airport since the stops are literally at the hotel's doorsteps.

Room Tip: Wifi in hongkong hotels are not free and are not cheap, choose a room package that includes wifi or...

Visited HK early June and stayed at Prudential for 5 nights. Excellent place to stay. Centrally located in Kowloon. Awesome features like: 3 storeys of shopping mall in the basement below which is a connector tunnel to Jordan MTR Station. So moving around in HK can be done with ease. Rooms are comfortable. I was given two interconnected rooms for my family which was convenient, free WiFi and fresh bed linen. Has good restaurants. Otherwise too, because of central location in Tsjm Sha Tsui on Nathan Road, one can find shopping malls, restaurants like KFC, McD, Cafe De Coral and a host of speciality restaurants incl. some Indian eating joints all around. Places like the Museum, Avenue of Stars, Central Ferry, Temple Street Night Market all within walking distance. Overall, Prudential Hotel is a great place to stay.

Spent 7 nights at the Prudential from mid June 2013. Have stayed at this hotel before some 3 years ago and opted to again return due to great location and value. Hotel is located above Jordan MRT (subway) station which is a great way to travel in HK - its fast, safe and metuculously clean! Rooms are large by HK standards, and importantly was clean. Recommend ask for room on the NON Nathan Rd side if you are a light sleeper as traffic noise will bother some. Opted not to have breakfast in the hotel as from experience found numberous other eating options in easy walking distance of the hotel. Tsim Tsa Tui shopping district one direction and Mongkok in the other are an easy walk for most along Nathan Road. Would stay here again!

Room Tip: See above comment re Nathan Road....

We stayed at Prudential for 5D4N. The housekeeping staffs are excellent, rooms are spacious - kingsize bed + baby cot, with writing desk and sofa. Unfortunately, swimming pool is not child friend unless you have children that are swimmers there is Life Guard on duty. Swimming pool water is check daily for chlorine and PH levels. Hotel is just a corner away from Jordan exit E entrance. Temple Street is 10-15mins walk. Direct bus A21 from Airport drops you off right in front of Prudential Towers @ $33HKD adult fare and $16.50HKD child fare.

Overall a fuss free stay, No free Wifi at this hotel. Rates chargeable by 2hours or 72hours (promo).

Not the best hotel I've stayed at, but for budget stay this is not bad. The rooms though were pretty awful. Small, cold, with white washed walls and nothing on them. Just a room with two beds and other hotel furniture but no comfort in any of it.
Although, we only came to the hotel to sleep because there was so much to see in HK. Cant complain, but if you are staying in HK longer I suggest you get a better more comfortable hotel. Perfect location of the hotel, right at the metro station.

I stayed at Prudential Hotel in my recent trip to Hong Kong. However, it only has one plus point which is its location. It is directly linked to Jordan MRT station so it is sheltered all the way. However, if you are out before 10 am in the morning and come back after 10 pm, the escalators in Prudential Centre, leading to Prudential hotel is switched off. It means one has to climb 3 flights of stairs after a long tiring day. After the 3 flights of escalators, you turn left and you would see the concierge of Prudential Hotel. They would be able to help you up to the lobby level with your luggage as the lift is not accessible to the public. The escalators from the concierge to hotel lobby is extremely narrow. Large luggage would definitely have a problem. The staff wasn't very friendly but check in was quick and efficient.
