“Great hotel, perfect location!”

Tris hotel is outstanding. Rooms are very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Service is impeccable. Front desk and all the staff is efficient and helpful. The location in Kowloon is perfect, really close to the subway station and train station too.

Newly refurbished rooms with views over Victoria Harbour, the best Club Lounge, the best service from smiling staff.
Whether a stop over or business stay the value for money is unsurpassed in Hong Kong.
Only a short distance from Nathan Road and shopping, shopping & shopping, I would not stay anywhere else.
Hotel shuttle uptown means that you are at the action in minutes.
A drink at Tiffany's the New York Bar listening to great music is the best way to end the day.
Totally recommend you stay at this great hotel.

Room Tip: Must choose a club room over looking harbour!!! Worth the extra!!

This hotel certainly has significant promise and likely has a loyal following. The suites are sizeable with fantastic views of the Harbour. The spa is excellent and for the market, reasonably priced. Staying in a club level room is worth every penny as the breakfast and evening food displays obviate the need to eat elsewhere unless one is so inclined. The club staff was solicitous and well trained. Great proximity to high end shopping, the Star Ferry Terminal and right next door to the Museum of the Arts. The back door is the Avenue of the Stars. One can knock off several sight seeing "must dos" without leaving a 5 block radius. There is also a subway line right next to the hotel.
Now for the lows. Unfortunately there is the sense throughout the facility that the staff complies with their training but it never truly extends to wanting to be helpful. The main exception to this being the Spa staff where the sincerity of their gestures were felt. The rooms though spacious with good amenities are showing their age. Once the blinds are opened, the peeling paint on the external ledges competes unfavorably with the stunning backdrop of the harbour. I am conflicted as to the actual scoring as I think with just a bit of attention, this hotel could shine. It did enough to make me not regret my choice over the much vaunted but crowded by Lady Lunchers Peninsula.

Intercontinental Grand stanford Hotel, an excellent Hotel overlooking the Hongkong Harbor. Perfectly located, elegant and excellently managed hotel. Harbour view rooms are special attraction to the boarders. Everything is just perfect, except the wi-fi service, which is a bit overcharged. One hour is $60 and 24 hours is $120. this, I believe kind of a taxing over the high priced hotel.
The harbor, the promenede and the sea gives a refreshing view al the time, needless to mention the proximity to all essential services.
Very good value for money indeed

Room Tip: Don't compromise with harbor view room above 5 th floor with anything, even if the price is in m...

Excellent service, spacious well kept rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was both friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was very helpful in making dinner reservations and recommending good restaurants. The hotel is a little out of the main business area, but still very convenient,

Was a bit disappointed my last visit there as the hotel definitely needs a facelift to the rooms. V good hk service for the rest and all you expect from the hotel to do entering it. Good evening bar. Good bathrooms. Still will provide you with a nice stay

Recently stayed at the hotel as part of a training program run in the hotel.

Stayed on level 6 in a refurbished room.

The room was nicely appointed. However, be aware that rooms numbered 05-10 look on to an uninspiring internal court which is very bland in the day and light up at night and the blinds don't always keep the light out.

Major problem I had was the wireless internet - quite clunky to connect even though included in the price of the room (which is what should always be the case!). Also had connectivity issues, was impressed when I woke up early one morning and it was exceptionally slow the duty manager come to my room at 5.30am to reset the wireless router in the room.

Cafe on M provided an excellent range and variety of foods for both breakfast and dinner. They cater for Gluten Free needs, first couple of time process to get information was a little disorganised, but eventually I found the staff very good and proactive once they saw me a couple of times. Interestingly it was the chefs that struggled to provide advice, found the wait staff the go to people in this area.

Was running a training program and found the conference floor staff exceptionally helpful and proactive taking the stress out of the day evening including audio visual equipment. Unfortunately, although they had gluten free on the list, the morning tea was not organised and they recovered in the afternoon with fruit.

Walking distance to Nathan Road.
