Me and my friend went to hong kong last week and stay in this hotel. We were surprise this hotel has large room and clean. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The location is super great, just 2 minutes walk to avenue of stars and shopping places. Definately will stay here for next visit :)

We were looking for a hotel whereby is 5 mins walking distance to MTR as this would be out main transportation for our 4 days 5 nights trip. Imperial Hotel is located at a prime location whereby you will just need to cross a road to get to Tsim Sha Tsui exit E MTR. Along the same stretch of road where the hotel is located, there is Bonjour shop where you will be able to get your daily necessities. Local attractions are all within walking distance, just walk back to the MTR station anddirections to the attractions are clearly listed.

The disadvantage is that there is a building two blocks away from the hotel - Chung King Mansion, which the environment looks somewhat complex, and you will see some Indians standing around the mansion looking for people for accommodation. Hotel room are pretty small, but that is expected in Hong Kong.

Stayed there with my family for our first family trip out of the country. Enjoyed its location because it was right smack in the middle of the city. You could go shopping, look for food or just walk around. We were also right beside a restaurant that my sons liked.

Dear Ian,

We certainly appreciate you taking the time to review us. Isn’t it amazing being able to take some time out and enjoy our beautiful city & tasty food? And we are pleased to see that more and more visitors are taking the opportunity to be “tourists in Hong Kong”.

We hope that you had a wonderful stay with us and we are honored that you chose us to share this occasion with you family.

Please don’t be sad about leaving the Imperial Hotel – we are 35years old this year, and will be here for many more years to come!

We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future!

my daughter and I stayed in this hotel for one night. we huddled close to one another under the covers as temperatures (which felt like it) fell below 10 degrees c in our room. thermostat was not working..turned the dial to 30 and all it did was blow out cold air. we both slept at 2 am after layering ourselves with jackets, a duvet, a blanket and each other to keep warm.

the service needs improvement..the hotel can't just cash in on location. something as basic as heating is a necessity, just like running water.

extremely disappointed with my stay. hope the hotel does something about this.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us.

We are disappointed to know that you have a bad experience in staying with our hotel. Certainly, for last week Hong Kong was fell into the coldest days. I was not sure if you knew our hotel have heaters available to borrow to our guest?

Our team work very hard to ensure that all our guests are comfortable and treated like they are at home. We will definitely keep improving our service standard.

Thank you once again and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Imperial Hotel in the near future.
