this is the letter i wrote to the manager:
PLEASE DO NOT RATE YOUR HOTEL (3) STARS! it will NEVER be three stars. i stay in your hotel for 5 nights. i will NEVER consider your hotel again. your hotel not only sucks and expensive, it is also extremely overrated overseas. if you want to consider what a three star hotel is please go to macau's Presidential hotel. that is genuinely a three star hotel... i do not think your hotel should get even a single star, maybe a 1/2 star.
(1) your reception people need to be retrain. they are not qualified, especially the lady with the glasses.
(2) tiny rooms
(3) your fees are extremely exorbitant! internet access fee was a rip off. you also charge 10 HKD for having luggage held per day. i have never seen or heard hotels charging this fee.
(4) you don't provide adequate toilet tissue.
(5) you charge $5 HKD per call. please, you need to stop abusing your customers.
