I stayed in this location for a few days in a suite. Curiously the suite is just two rooms joined together and the bed swapped for a sofa. The rooms were ok but perhaps a little tired and in need of decoration. The hotels business lounge, for use of suite customers etc. was small with a limited array of drink and nibbles, advertised as free cocktails during happy hour, Gin and Tonic is not a cocktail! This is actively advertised by the hotel as a perk it is verging on false advertising! A few cans of warm soft drink and a couple of non-premium alcohol offerings were not what was advertised.
The location is excellent for public transport with underground station and a tram stop just minutes away. Additionally a shuttle bus visits the hotel from the central station and the airport express bus likewise a few minutes walk away. In terms of the highlights of Hong Kong, the location is not quite so good, stuck somewhat to the end of the islands attractions and a moderate trip to Kowloon.
The pool is of a good size, but with a few items of cheap plastic garden furniture, it's really not being made the most off. The pool is surrounded by very tall grim looking tower blocks and although apparently some people find this appealing, they are a monstrosity and a few palms in pots or decorations would have significantly improved the view.
The lobby, bar and restaurant are all good and staff are attentive and obliging. Breakfast is truly outstanding, one of the best a hotel could offer!
A reasonable hotel, fine for a few days stay, but nothing outstanding.

Walking distance to Fortress Hill MTR station. Several telco shops can be found on the main road should you need to buy pre-paid SIM card. Many nice eateries around as well. Hotel staff is helpful albeit not outwardly friendly. Room is big and comfortable. 4 shuttle services available in the weekdays morning to major offices in the area - King's Road, Kerry Centre, Taikoo Place, One Island East, Cityplaza. Hotel is also one of the stop of the Airport Express free shuttle bus service (to/fro Hong Kong station). My only gripe is the breakfast - boring and not great.

Nice modern hotel with a very chilled atmosphere, perfect for a short stay or to come back to after a busy day exploring Hong Kong. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Pool could have been slightly warmer but the jacuzzi is nice and being overlooked by skyscrapers is pretty cool.
Free shuttle bus is available to central so you can get straight to the airport or check in your bags here. When making the reverse journey from Central to the hotel make sure you are on the correct shuttle bus as each has a different route and the drivers don't speak English.

Service was excellent nothing was too hard, room was kept at its best all the time, restuarants were well presented and maintained. Access to the CBD as well as tourist stuff was well balanced. All meals were well presented and flavours were awsome.

Room Tip: get business cards or write down the details of the place oyu want to go to and give this to the con...

So easy to get anywhere from this location with straightforward HK$140 bus shuttle from HK Int'l airport. Public areas are good with great buffet breakfast included in my rate. Plenty of cooked Western breakfast with Chinese must haves of congee and dimsum in a lovely high ceiling-ed cafe. Attentive staff with tea and coffee at the ready.

Reception and Concierge swift and efficient on check in and out. Good value at around HK1,100 inclusive of tax, service and daily breakfast for two per night. However the rooms could do with better housekeeping and airing. Whilst a decent size for HK space with bench seating under the window and work desk nearby, the room just felt shabby and the linens and bed cover were looking tired. Be prepared for a small bathroom fitting only one person at a time with little space to turn around.

Recommended if you spend only sleeping hours in your room.

First time staying for bussiness-leisure 5 nights trip. It was worth the money spent. Made a booking for deluxe room but upgraded to premier room upon check in. Nice gesture from lobby staff. Took the airport express from the airport to hong kong station for about 30 min then continued with feeder shutle bus from hong kong station to the hotel for about 30 min, complimentary for airport express passenger. Check in was fast. Room was clean. Bathroom amenities quite standard. Bathtub & standing shower combined. View from window was local apartment buildings. Staffs always smile and friendly. MTR station Fortress Hill is within 5 min walking distance. Check out was also fast. Same again took the airport express complimentary bus from hotel to hong kong station, check in our flight at hong kong station in-town check in and continued with airport express to the airport.

We booked this room as a Expedia mystery hotel. Expedia had it listed as "close to airport" which it is not. This is not the fault of the hotel but it is out of the way and a pricey cab fare.

We were very pleased at the size of the room. Having stayed at other hotels in HK it was very large compared to the standard.

The front desk was very helpful. Staff member Samson directed us to evening restaurants, markets and marked everything on a map for us. We booked the shuttle bus back to the airport. We were running late, so were given priority check out and they held the shuttle for us.

The room was clean and the beds big and comfy. The only downside is that it appears the bathtubs have been reglazed and someone has done a poor job.

We have stayed in larger more expensive hotels and not recieved the customer servie that we recieved here. Despite the out of the way location, I will be back for the big beds and great staff.
