This hotel is in a great location. In between two subways, walking distance to the star ferry, shops, park.

The hotel is old and is in need of some TLC, the rooms are small and need painting. Unfortunately because they have some smoking floors, you can smell the smoke at times through the vents. This needs to be addressed.

The staff were pleasant and the breakfast options were amazing. Something for everyone, Great start to the day!
It was reasonably priced.

Stayed here from the 25th September to the 2nd October 2019. Had a deluxe harbour view room on the 23rd floor. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was fine for our needs, very clean with iron/ironing board, kettle, fridge and hairdryer provided. The view from the room was amazing. Ate in the restaurant on the 1st evening and it was really good, excellent seafood selection. Breakfast was included in my rate and was very good every day and staff were again very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes to Jordan MTR station, 10 minutes to TST station. Complementary bottle of water in the room each day. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a stop over flying back to Australia from Europe.
The hotel is in a good position on the Kowloon side close to Nathan Road and between two subway stations offering options for you to travel to see the sights. It is within walking distance of the shopping malls and star ferry and bus depot and you can see the harbour night light show if you choose a Harbour View room. The room is a bit old but suited our budget and the location was the highlight and value for money.
Very close to the night market which also has some outside tables and chairs serving delicious authentic local food (if you are game to try!!).
Our room was a bit small as a triple share with the extra bed squeezing in at the end of the room. It was very good value for money including a full breakfast with all of the international options - european pastries, croissants, fully cooked american and english breakfast options - eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals etc., many asian options too of dumplings, rice and curry - juices, tea and coffee.
The staff are very helpful although we did not require any information as we knew what we were doing having visited HK previously. We only slept in the hotel as we were out all day and did not use the restaurant, except for breakfast which was included in our booking.
There is a beautiful big park next to the hotel which offers a lovely shaded walk. We could see the public swimming pools in the park from our room - it was a lovely walk to see the gardens and there is a building too in which you can discover the history of Hong Kong - free entrance.
On our checkout day we stored our luggage in the hotel and came back later in the day to collect it before travelling to the airport.
This hotel is on the free airport express shuttle bus run K4 from the Kowloon station.
The fast Express train from the airport is the quickest and best way to get to your hotel and then take the free shuttle bus which is included in the price of your ticket. The bus runs every 12 mins or so. A very convenient service and a bonus for choosing this hotel.
I was very happy with choosing this hotel for our stay. It was inexpensive compared to the many other options that are available in HK especially including the breakfast.

Room tip: High floor, harbour views you can see the Harbour laser light show

This hotels main value is location. Near Nathan road, we were just a few minutes walk from the pier. We got a Big Bus tour ticket and we could access several points. It also we were within walking distance to the pharmacy, convenience stores and shopping malls.
The rooms were OK, clean sheets, good water pressure, dark curtains, excellent AC.
The breakfast (buffet) was included and there are plenty of choices for all kind of tastes.
Staff mostly is bilingual so you won’t want problems asking things around and requesting help.
They have currency exchange at the lobby, which is very convenient if you like to gradually exchange your money per day.
The Flamingo bar has a large choice of drinks and you get 15% if you are staying in the hotel!
Internet / WiFi is EXCELLENT everywhere in the room and hotel. Kudos to that!
Oh! There is a door by the main lobby that will connect to a bus station!
The reason I gave them A score of 4 is because they don’t have amenities (gym nor pool) and because one day I was charged $50 HKD for a cup of Lipton lemon tea. Not specialty tea, not afternoon tea time, nothing special. I just wanted a cup of tea and that’s what the manager said it was the price (plus the 10% service charge it came to 55). I am not cheap, but honestly that was overpriced and really upset me. I just wanted to leave it in writing.
