When we first arrived, we felt very welcome, the hotel is in an excellent location, near the subway. We were assist by Alice Lai, what can I say, such an amazing person, took the time to explain us all the map, and how to get to everywhere we want it, not only tourist places, although restaurants, bars, and shopping places. But mistake I reserved a doubled bed, but she convert them into a King Bed. The rooms are impeccable, clean, and every night you get a beautiful letter with a poem on your bed.
My luggage was broken by the air company, and Marcos (the concierge ) took care of everything , calling every day, and finally got a new luggage.

Because I book through hot-wire, i didn't have breakfast included, and was really expensive here, but only a block from the hotel there is a Starbuck´s coffee.

I will come again to this Hotel always

Room Tip: Ask for Alice Lai ¡¡¡¡

Have a very good location, Tsim Sha Tsui, DFS downstairs, walk two minutes to reach the Harbour City.
Wi-Fi is very stable.
The design is retro, we like it.
Not cheap, deluxe king room, no breakfast, HKD 3,960 2 days.

Room Tip: Bathroom of deluxe king room is small

Just spent 3 nights in this great hotel. The staff are all really helpful, the overall service is superb! Good location in Kowloon, near waterfront & metro station. Opposite all the designer shops. Didn't want to leave...

We arrived very late on a Saturday after a long international flight and were immediately upgraded. As we never saw the room from which we had been upgraded it was difficult to know how beneficial this might have been. Anyway, we were immediately taken to our room and as as we left the lift I realised that this was a smoking floor! It had never occurred to me that we needed to request a non-smoking room...Our room was very smelly and so was the bedding. They instantly produced an air freshener which made no difference at all. We were exhausted and fell into bed but they did eventually offer us a non-smoking room in which to sleep and told us they would move us early the following morning. They were fully booked that night. True to their word we were moved promptly in the morning and never looked back.

The new room was directly above our original room and was just fine. The hotel was beautiful and there were staff around all the time ready to help you with any query or problem you might have - or even just for a chat. Our bedding was clean and towels were large and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the toileteries and extras were plentiful and varied. There was plenty of storage space. It was helpful to have uk plug sockets for charging equipment and saved lots of messing around with adapters etc.

There was a fine selection of restaurants including one Chinese restaurant with a Michelin Star reputed to be one of the best in the world. We enjoyed Dim Sum there and in various places so really did not want too much to eat at night and so we were particularly glad to have something informal and light in the Palm Court. There was usually live music to entertain us - hmmm - not sure this was needed. The singers were not the best and the trumpet could/did overwhem conversation. The breakfast buffet was extremely comprehensive and there was a vast selection of everything available. For example there were probably 6 or more different honeys to choose from. Fresh eggs and omelettes were made to order and there was a large selection of local food on offer as well as European food.

We stayed in the Auckland Langham earlier in the Holiday but felt this hotel was far better in terms of location, ambience, room fittings and service generally. It was a peaceful sanctuary (apart from the live music) in the busy city. We would certainly stay here again but when booking remember to request a non-smoking room!

Room Tip: Request a non smoking room!

I have stayed at the Langham HK 30+ times over the last few years. This past stay was the first time I stayed in their “classic” room, what a disappointment. The quality of the furnishings were horrible. I source lighting from Dongguan; the lighting in the room had to cost the Langham less than $50 USD for all. Additionally the furniture was worn and dated. On the positive side the bed and linens were comfortable and the room was clean. If I had paid $150 ~ $200 USD all would have been acceptable however I paid $300 USD. I expect a lot more from the Langham brand.

I chose this hotel as it was close to the Ocean Terminal for a post-cruise stay. We had one night, booked through Expedia which got us a room upgrade. We were able to check in early which was great as we needed a rest. Desk service was exemplary. Room was just right for us, a good size and very comfortable. The next day we were flying out late evening, so we checked out in the morning but were invited to use the spa for a shower before travelling, at no extra charge. The concierge desk could not have been more helpful with our bags and the freshening-up visit to the spa. We did not eat in the hotel, but used the Palm Court bar a couple of times and experienced great service, live music and good atmosphere. We'll have no hesitation to come back when next in HK.
