it was great experience in Hongkong, with night live in every corner. i have such great time during stay there. but be careful of the enviroment. they called it red light. so pick your place to hang out. food court is near by. they have authentic chinese cuisine opposite this hotel

Room Tip: please try to get room in the high level, because if not you will feel disturb with discotique and house music every night.

The hotel is steps from Wan Chai MTR so it's easy to get from airport to hotel without the expense of a taxi. It is in the red light area but its low key and offers so much more. It's a 10 minute walk to the star ferry terminal to Kowloon. A 5 minute taxi gets u to happy valley race course. The hotel is very clean and well located. There is a whiskey bar in the basement which can be pricey but worth a look. The outdoor pool is great in May but not so good in chilly December. On our second stay in December we were on the top floor. On the last night of our stay there was a constant banging on the ceiling. We complained and were offered a room change and free transport to the airport. Highly recommend this place. Great staff and great stay!

This hotel is very good located in Wanchai only two metro's from Central where you arrive with the airport express. You're also having a lot of bars around and if you want to see some ladies dancing you also can see that, because you are into the red light district of hong kong over there.
The staff of the hotel is very friendly and if they can help they will do,no problem. The rooms are ok,but not very new. You get free wifi into the hotel. The only problem was the very very hard beds.Maybe on renovated levels there better but not on the 20th floor. I didn't had a problem of the noise so high. The hotel is also very girly friendly.

In good location of Wan Chai. Red Light area. Close to MTR. Great for Convention Centre. The hotel is old, in need of renovation. Beds are very hard. The rooms are small. Also noisy til at least 3am from ex-pat bars in red light district. Desperately in need of bed upgrade. If you stay booked executive level, not much better, but better. Pool area not desirable. Positives, good staff & location.

Room Tip: Choose Executive level, no smoking, also back of hotel away from street.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong side, Wanchai is a good location to stay in when on a business trip. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest MTR station (Wanchai) and also a 5 minute walk to the HK Convention and Exhibiton Center. The street where it's located is also lined with bars, restaurants and convenient stores so that's a plus. The lobby is spacious, well-lit, and smells really nice! The staff at the reception desk were very organized and helpful. I had no problem checking-in and out. Most common problem in HK hotels is the smell of smoke in the room (even in non-smoking floors). Good thing I had no issue with room odor in mine (1304). Only problem I had was the flushing mechanism of the WC which requires a number of attempts and waiting time in between. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough to sleep in and that, for me, is more than enough. All in all, I would probably stay there again if I have another event in HKC&EC.
