“Updated!”

The hotel looked like it was updated recently. They had large rooms with double beds. Hotel had access to the upscale Harbour City Mall; where the grocery store is located. It was about 3blocks to the nearest MTR tsim sha tsui station. Food court near hotel: harbour city and concorde mall; dimsum across the street also good. Breakfast was also very good at @add prince.
Housekeeping quickly came to change our sheets at 5pm. Check in and check out very efficient. Highly recommended. Wifi was very dependable.

Room Tip: Adjoining rooms available. Was happy to be near the older kids room.

nice hotel. with spacious rooms as per HK standards!. the hotel reception is small but they have a lot of friendly staff who attend to u even while ur in Q to the check-in or check out. so very efficient i must say. as the hotel is in the harbor city mall its very easy to go about for shopping or eating. if u go out of the building and cross the main road and keep on waling ur in Nathan road the central of Tsim Sha Sui.. when u exit the hotel from the 3rd floor to the mall u can find a nice supermarket for all ur needs. and the mall also has some really nice restaurants, including a an Italian restaurant called Presa.. i think.

I've stayed at all 3 hotels on the Canton Road Strip. Best is still the Marco Polo Hong Kong hotel but Prince is not far off. Spacious rooms, connected to the mall (Harbour City), right by the outlet mall (China Ferry Terminal) and near the ferries to different places (Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island, Ferry terminal to Macau/China and to the Cruise port at Ocean Terminal.
Plenty of places to go from here and places to eat won't be a problem.
They have nice, helpful staff and when I needed an umbrella to pick up my nephew from a nearby hotel, they were very accommodating and got me a new umbrella when they ran out of one at the concierge (it was raining while we were there).
The room was spacious as it was able to accommodate 2 queen beds and a single, extra bed and still room to move and have a few guests.
One thing this hotel could have - a bigger lobby.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing Canton Road

Marco Polo Prince is known for one of the hotels having a larger room than most HK hotels in this category. HK is where small compact rooms are common even for luxury hotels. So we usually choose this especially if we have an extra kid in the group. Superior room is already quite big, and the difference with deluxe is not really that big. You just get more fruits in deluxe, haha!

Location is quite good. Since it's inside Harbour City Mall, and upscale mall, so it's quiet. It also has some private access on the 2nd and 3rd floor which leads out to the mall. But just walk out the mall, and a few blocks away, you're in Nathan Rd, the center of Tsim Tsa Shui shopping and eating. You can find all sorts of shops, eateries, and convenience stores, along the main roads and smaller streets. MTR, Ferry and Buses are also just a few blocks away. If you prefer the indoor shopping, Harbour City is connected to Ocean Terminal, complex after complex of shops and restaurants, although more on the high end. It's like the best of both worlds, modern classy indoors and the more typical HK busy environment outdoors. It's also close to the ferry terminal connecting to Macau or China.

Rooms are quite clean and comfy. Beds are excellent, comfy and fluffy mattresses, linens and they even have a menu of different pillows to choose from, although their normal pillow is already so comfy. We forgot to order them until the last night, they had limited availability though, so order them early. We originally wanted the memory pillow and sleeping beauty one, but we did try some that were available and they were great ;-) Complete amenities in the room and bathroom too. Carpets were clean even if they are old.

Staff were excellent, they were friendly and most importantly efficient. They acted quickly, always making sure there was no queue at the front desk. If front desk staff were engaged, there were other staff helping out. Security folks are also attentive and making sure everything is alright. And they are friendly too, while being on guard. Check-in process was a breeze, they offered me to sign up for the free loyalty program which gives us complementary newspaper, late check outs, etc. Elevators require keycards for access to guest floors. Concierge service was also quite good. I had to leave a package for a delivery person to pick up but also make an exchange. The concierge made sure my instructions were met. They immediately left me a voice mail in the morning and also sent me a written note to my room and offered to deliver the package to my room at a convenient time.

They had free wifi this time, compared to a few years back when I stayed. Although wifi can be a bit spotty during the evenings, when probably a lot of people are back and connected. I think they have a LAN connection but I didn't bother to borrow a LAN cable anymore since I usually just connect via my phone.

It's an excellent hotel, but fairly expensive too. For a vacation, I would usually prefer something more affordable since I'll always be away from my room most of the day anyway, and would rather use that extra savings for some shopping, haha! For a business trip though, it's a great option for relaxing rest after the work day.

Room Tip: Superior and Deluxe Room size are not too far off, so if you're not too particular, you can get...

Have visited Hong Kong on several occasions but this was my first stay at the Prince. Have previously enjoyed staying at the Marco Polo Hong Kong. Was staying at a busy time, so a rate of 1860 HKD plus 10% service charge without breakfast felt dear. Room was modern, very clean but a little compact. Free wifi always welcome and no issue with connectivity. Staff at the hotel are excellent. Always very helpful and extremely polite. Location great as very central. Bubbles bar a nice place to grab a quick drink after work. Worth noting the (standard) room only hash shower, no bath.

We spent 3 nights here and found the location great! Close to the Star Ferry and MTR.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the room which had 2 queen size beds was spacious, clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was large with a seperate bath and shower.
The only negative would be that the restaurant prices in the hotel were a little expensive but there are so many restaurants around the hotel to choose from you are not limited to only the hotel for eating,
Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay here again if we returned to Hong Kong.

Great pillow selection. Check the magnetic one, it is pretty awesome.

Literately in the middle of a shopping mall, need I say more about its location? Warning: not near to 24 hr convenient store

Swimmers out there, there is free access to a swimming pool, but you'll need to walk approx 200m pass all the high end stores (Hermes) and tourists before you get your swim.

Fab breakfast: jap, chinese, american, continential, indian style and FRESH belgium waffles~~
