the rooms are clean and big compared to hk standards. 3 people can stay in 1 room. the receptionists speak english very well. the room rate is very reasonable. the only downside if you are staying here is the location. it's quite far from the mtr so you have to take the bus and tram to go to central district. and their shuttle bus pick up is not that frequent during weekends so you might want to confirm their schedule first.

forgot to mention that there are so many fastfoods and bakeries nearby so you don't have to worry.

It was the first hotel for our honeymoon adventure (Hong Kong - Singapore - Bali - Taiwan) to come and it beat our expectation. We were hoping that they'd give us perks for being the loving honeymooners but no perks. I paid additional for an upgrade - they gave me one of the top-floored rooms and it was definitely worth it; to be fair, I don't know what room that we would've been placed but the additional upgrade offered the view of the Harbour from a distance and the access to their complimentary breakfast that had gorgeous views.

Although our room was upgraded to one of the top floored-non smoking rooms, expect that the room wouldn't be large like a conventional suite. The room was small but the ambiance in the room was very modern. Bed was a queen-size (sorry, not a king-size and I love king-size beds). I recommend this hotel if you're staying for a night because of a stopover. It is located away from the center and in some local district, which I love and appreciate - if you want to experience how the locals live ,etc. I had no problem grabbing a taxi and it took about 10 minutes to Central.

Room Tip: If possible, get an upgrade, even if you have to pay a little extra (it is worth it). Why? You get access to the complimentary buffet breakfast that is only accessible to holders of those rooms - beautiful view while you eat. I think smoking rooms are one or two floors higher than the non-smoking rooms.

Compact and new. Quite well thought of, the room design, making it less cramped than it could have been. Helpful staff. Nice view of the harbour. While its not all that central, the trams / mini bus / bus were excellent options. Many local eateries in the surrounding streets for a taste of HK breakfast. Supermarkets and Mac Donald's right across the street.

I stayed here for business and had a enjoyable experience. There didn't seem to be a problem with anything and staff always willing to help in particular with Cindy, Jessie, Heidi and Raymond. There was a number of great touches when I arrived. I had a bottle of wine and chocolates plus a personal letter from the GM. While this does happen from my past experience in 5* hotels.
The Breakfast buffet was sensational for $7.50 (Aus) I was here for over a week and the food each morning was fresh, and there was always a couple of different items each day.
Thanks to all the staff, my stay was perfect.

As its Hong Kong, the rooms are small, however the big windows do help.

One tip though, when you need a taxi plan ahead, some days I had to wait between 20-40 mins as there is no taxi rank at the hotel

This is a hotel easy on the budget with very friendly staff and nicely appointed (but small) rooms. Very convenient from the Hong Kong Ferry Pier which also has jetfoil service to some China ports. We had come from Shenzhen. Allow up to 10 minutes for a taxi in the morning and you will be fine. While no upscale restaurants in the area, there are plenty of family style options to choose from. Plenty of options within 10 minutes by taxi. One night I chose the hotel's Malaysian menu which was really good. The gym is is enclosed on the roof (pool is outside and not heated) and had a really good view while using the jogging machines.
