Maybe it's the number and variety of dishes (too many) or a lack of understanding of western foods and how they don't really go well with Thai dishes? I don't know. The meals LOOK great in the menu photos but the kitchen just doesn't deliver what the menu promises. We always wish this place was better but, after our last visit, it really will be our LAST visit. (We've tried IFC, TKO Popcorn Mall, Taikoo Shing AND Ocean Terminal and all are about the same. Such a bummer.)

Unlike the branch in IFC on Hong Kong Island, this one can simply walk in without queue. The food is ok. But of course it's pricey.

Conveniently located as it's 3 mins walk from the Cultural Centre or pier.

Staff service ok.

Overall not a bad choice especially if you want quick food and rush for the Symphony of Lights show at 8pm like us .

It’s my second time in Greyhound Cafe. Located in Ocean Terminal and about a minute walk to the actual lazer light show. No view though coz its in the inner side of the mall. This restaurant serves thai dishes. We ordered the chicken satay skewers. A bit pricey for about 100 hk dollars for 3 sticks and 3 sticks of vegetables. The peanut sauce was just mild and chunky but lacked creaminess. The pad thai was ok but not as good as those authentic thai restaurants I am used to. The most disappointing was the pork dish which was like pork chop but was so dry and bland. Even the vinegar based sauce didn’t help this dish. Even the steam rice was not as fragrant as the jasmine rice which other restaurants serve (usually with a hint of pandan). The sugarcane shake with a taste of ginger. Was just ok. The selling point of this restaurant is really the location. Very close also to the ferry terminals. The desserts looked good but we didn’t try them out.

Despite the Harbour City Mall heaving with shoppers on Christmas Eve mid-afternoon. Tables were available and I was quickly served and looked after. If you do not eat or prefer pork, roughly half the menu is out. On the bright side, what they do prepare is excellent.

Had dinner on a Sat. Restaurants at Harbour City were all beyond full with a cruise ship in dock, which tends to be almost every weekend. Settled for Greyhound. Yes, there's a minimum $100 charge. Honestly you'll burst that once you order a dish or two. The food was alright. Given how busy it was, it came quite fast too, and tasted decent if not spectacular. It's not that cheap but par for restaurants in the area. I'll give it another go when it's not peak hour.
