“2 branches, same quality!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 22, 2013 via mobile

Whether you eat at the Kowloon or Causeway restaurants, guaranteed your going to receive the same great, efficient service and equally tasty dumplings and other dishes. Please note, this a world wide chain of dumpling houses, with the majority in China, Japan, Taiwan, but also Australia and America.
They have great modern twists on old dumpling favourites like; Siu Mai, which are very delicious, a standard Har Gau, and a fantastic Xiao Long Bao! Great noodle and rice options available, but ultimately it's all about the Dim Sum. It can get very busy, even with the cavernous interior of both sites. Rest assured while you wait (not for very long) you can view and be entertained by the dumpling masters making your soon-to-be-eaten dinner.

“Greatest dim sums”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2013

An amazing cuisine with surprising dim sums. The venue is worth its Michelin star. If you come between 5 and 7pm you probably don't qeue at all though the track moves very fast and service there is really fast as well. The spirits and wine list isn't very long, but they still will find something decent to accompany your steaming dim sums

“The best Din Sum restaurant in Hong Kong”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2013

Absolutely the best Din Sum restaurant in Hong Kong. When you walk in, you can see how they hand make the dim sum behind a glass wall. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. They bring their dim sum to perfection. Just as a small example, one of the bans that we ordered came slightly smaller then the other two. We haven’t even noticed, but Benny, of the managers spotted it and immediately sent it back to the kitchen for replacement. The next time we came back for dinner, Benny recognized us from the “ban incident” and had surprised with desserts on the house. If you go there once, you will come back.

“Don't leave Hong Kong without experiencing this”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 16, 2012

We come here often.... We need to get a DTF fix regularly. The food has never been other than superb. I just don't know how they manage to be so consistent, considering the numbers served. The staff are great, Marco the Manager always makes us feel so welcome.

Food was fabulous. We ordered a variety of dishes and were not We ordered a variety of dishes and were not disappointed with any of them. We had a short wait before we were seated as the restaurant was full, but we were able to pre-order our dishes. The service was efficient and would recommend the restaurant to anyone
