We had dinner with friends here in April 2014.
This is, until today, my all time favorite Japanese restaurant in HK.
We had a Kaiseki menu in 9 courses, all of them were to die for.
The sea urshin was the best I've ever had, the wagyu beef was just perfect, melting in mouth but not oily, perfectly cooked, the sashimi were the freshest, and the truffle rice was a really good surprise.
