Thank you for your feedback. First of all I would like to apologise on the boarding process. It was unprecedented that there were over 5-6 different boat companies trying to board their guests at the single one pier and many had more than one vessel. I totally understand how we all feel about that evening. The vessel that you were on we already managed for you to board much sooner than other boats (including my other operated one) Further to that, the police was present this year at this particular pier and erected barriers on the pier which made the usual boarding area inaccessible, we will look into this on the coming year to eliminate this chaos and again I apologise for what has occurred.
The boat that you were on we have not heard of a shortage of food and apparently most were actually vegetarian and also the supply was more than expected as your vessel had fewer people than our other boat and a lot of food was wasted. Could it be you spent most of your time on the upper deck? I apologise if the food was not great, we did not have a kitchen on this vessel and was limited on the reheating process. This we will review and will have this event totally remake for our next event. The white wine we prepared had different varieties for different taste of our guests, our other boat did not have any problems with the white wine and your boat had finished all the red wine. Again, we will look into the varieties and organisation of this event. This is our 4th year arranging this event and so far nothing had been wrong until some small incidents occurred this year. As the number of passengers continue to grow for this fireworks event, we will be revamping to turn this into a much better cruise for this particular celebration. Much appreciate your feedback, it will strive us to do better. Happy New Year and wish to see you in Hong Kong again.
