Excellent!!! Highly recommended.

Shirley and Charles who co-run the place were very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and neat. Importantly, it is located near the MTR (TST) which makes traveling less of a hassle. Would definitely consider staying here again when I'm back in HK.

strongly recommended

We had a great stay (three nights) in InnSight. The room is really clean and quiet. It's located in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui. Loads of local retaurants, shops can be found in the near. The "avenue of stars" is also within walking distance. The owner is also really nice and willing to help. All in all, we strongly recommend this hostel!

Clean, good service, great location.

The hostel is exactly how it looks in the pictures, very clean and in the heart Tsim Sha Tsui,so great location. The room was quite small but no smaller than most hostels in Hong Kong! Most importantly the owners Charles and Shirley were fantastic very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

Cozy place, great location

InnSight is a new hostel located in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room we rented is the comfort double, though fairly small, it was very cozy. What it looked like in the picture was what it really is in personal. We stayed for a total of 7 days and we definitely enjoyed it. The location of the inn is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it takes literally less than a minute walk to get to the metro station. A big mall (isquare) is situated opposite of the inn and when you walk around, there are plenty of stores, restaurants, street foods, museums, cultural centers, bus stations, train stations and etc. surrounding it. It is very accessible to almost everything you need for your stay. The owners are very kind, they always greet you with a smile when they see you, and are very helpful with directions around the city. They also have maps (free) which you can use to help direct yourself around Hong Kong. The price for our stay is affordable especially for its location. The next time we visit HongKong, we'll definitely stay in InnSight, without any doubt.

Prime Area, Value For Money, Good Service

InnSight is a new Inn/Hostel that is based on a new concept. The place is situated at Tsim Sha Tsui, a really strategic area to be staying in. For starters, it is next to the Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) MTR Station. How close? 10 sec walk to the station. The station is close to Mongkok, a really good place for shopping, and TST Station happens to be the last stop before you go over to the HK island, that is why InnSight is a very strategic place, while offering value for money.

The name InnSight may be a pun, but the staff really offers great insights to which area you should be exploring in HK and what are the great places you should be eating at while staying there. The hotel is small but cosy because of the good ambiance, where the management (who happens to be the receptionist too) is very kind and helpful.

The hotel offers travelers a few useful maps for traveling in HK, please do not forget to request for one.

The room is not what I would call spacious, but it is to be expected as HK is experiencing extreme land scarcity. Having said that, it is not what travelers should be concerned with. After all, the money saved from staying at InnSight would mean that more shopping could be carried out!
