If there's only one place you need to go to for dim sum, One Dim Sum it is. One Dim Sum serves the best dim sum I've ever had in Southeast Asia. And at that price point, I wonder how they keep the business going. It is very affordable, you'd second guess if this was the best. Well, it is the best and today's your lucky day.

The very humble and cheery restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the exit of Prince Edward station. Be prepared to queue for a few minutes. The fewer you are in a group, the shorter the wait. We were just two and we hardly had to wait. We ordered around 10 dishes to sample as much as the budget (and our stomachs) could allow. The food came less than 5 minutes and the dim sum was steaming hot.

We left the restaurant smiling ear to ear and had enough motivation and energy to walk the whole stretch of Nathan Road all the way to Avenue of the Stars.

Simply great dim sim, every dish was tasty, well cooked and authentic - great food and incredible value.

My wife and I walked from the Nathan Rd shopping area. It is hard to find, as pointed out in a previous review the Restaurant is on Tung Choi Rd just after junction with Playing Fields Rd.

Definitely worth a visit, great service with English speaking host and English menu with pictures if needed

decided to went there after reading some of the reviews from TripAdvisor. pretty easy to find (i use google maps on my phone though). the restaurant was pretty crowded but fortunately there's a seat for me and my family. the service was great! (despite many of the waitress doesn't speak english, you can simply use body language!) the waitress will always fill your glass with warm and relaxing chinese tea. we ordered a number of dishes and all of them were tremendous! highly recommended!!

After reading trip advisor reviews me and my boyfriend decided to try this place. We have dim sum quite regularly at home so had high expectations!

First things first- it was quite hard to find (for us anyway) the address says its on playing fields road, when in fact it is on tung choi street, the entrance is a few doors down from the junction with playing fields road- on the right if you're walking away from mongkok/the police station.

We didn't have to wait at all (at about 3pm) and were seated straight away. What some of the other reviews say about sitting close to other diners is true- but its not a problem, you just get to see what they order! The staff are very friendly and keep your Chinese tea well topped up in big white mugs.
Brilliant selection of dim sum- all the favourites plus a few slightly more unique dishes too.

We ate 6 dishes between 2 (we were hungry!), which the manager was surprised we managed to finish (it was a lot of food), and it came to only HK$110 (around £10 sterling).

Well worth a visit!
