Had lunch at the Hibitu Cafe at Festival Walk in the Kowloon Tong area recently and quite enjoyed my meal here. While pricey for this area of Hong Kong, I did quite enjoy the quiet environment and nicely prepared food and drink.
During this lunch, I had the Salami and Mixed Bell Pepper Pizza (Hk$108). My pizza was lightly marinated, included very nice salami and tasty cheese, topped off with some nice roquette leaves and served on a crispy, wafer-thin crust. While pricey for the serving size, the pizza was very good, better than expected (rating 4.25 of 5). Also enjoyed a large Longu (long black) coffee (HK$35) that tasted very nice after the pizza (rating 3.75 of 5). This rounded off a light and enjoyable lunch this time around at Cafe Habitu, one I'd be glad to repeat.
Overall, Cafe Habitu is on the pricier side when it comes to lunch. However, the food quality is generally better than nearby restaurants serving standard lunch sets. Also, we've found this particular Habitu restaurant to be quieter and more relaxing than other restaurants in Festival Walk. This makes it a good option at Festival Walk when you want a bit nicer lunch.
