Stopped by McSorley's for a round of drinks recently and had a decent time. McSorley's Ale (HK$58) and a glass of red wine (HK$56) were both ok (rating 3 of 5). Service wasn't bad but staff seemed disinterested. Atmosphere at McSorley's is quite suitable for watching sports events. We caught the second half of the South Africa vs. Argentina rugby match. The pub looks like a good location for football matches, something fans might want to consider.

This area of Soho is a sea of bars so having a classic pub in the area is nice, makes McSorley's a decent option for those more keen on a pub. Overall, not one of our favorite watering holes in Hong Kong but a decent stop in Soho.

Live Sports, Quiz Nights and great pub grub, it's all there. They are always there at the crazy hours to keep us sports fans happy, the early hours of the Superbowl or the late nights of the Champions League (due to time difference).
A good draught beer selection and the bangers and mash was my most recent order which was perfect. had a few early mornings there and the bloody marys arnt too bad either.
Get in there and the big man Wayne will look after you - Arsenal supporter if I remember, shame ;)

Have visited this bar on a couple of occasions - fairly decent atmosphere drinks normal HK prices, food is nothing special but reasonable value for money.

They normally show the English Premier League games and the cricket.

When I last visited by bill was HK$218 which was for a few drinks (Non alcolohic!) and a Cheeseburger - I paid with HK$500 and a HK$20 so as not to be left with lots of change.... this turned out to be true as when my change came back in a closed wallet there was only HK$2 inside..... Luckily there was a staff member nearby and I queried it straight away, they then came back with another HK$300 change....

Though the change thing left me a bit annoyed I would go back again, but will be sure to check bill and change carefully.

We were looking for a place for lunch, after using the in-town check-in at Hong Kong Airport Express station, and decided to go to SoHo via the mid-level escalators. McSorley's is close to the escalators and proved to be an excellent choice for lunch. The prices are reasonable and I can recommend the pies.
