Dined here in March as we were staying at the Marriot, which was just around the corner.

Quality of food - very good
Selection & recommendation of Wine - very good
Service - acceptable but could be a bit more attentive and responsive
Ambiance - good (slightly formal but not too uptight)
Location - very convenient (Admiralty MRT station)

Overall - This place is not cheap, but for the quality of food we received, we were happy with it. It was the best dining experience (food-wise) in our 3 days trip to HK. This place will be on my "shortlist". However, there are always so many other good (new) restaurants in HK to check out so I will continue to explore around.

Dined here for a friends birthday. The whole experience can be summed up with one word "average".

Food was ok, standard Italian fare. Service was ok, albeit a little OTT at times. The interior is ok apart from bathrooms which is way below par.

As with so much of HK it was over priced for what it was. If you are in this part of town and want Italian food it's a reasonable option. I wouldn't however make any effort to return.

We dined at Domani last night for a friend's birthday. Most of us were happy with our meals however Domani really let themselves down when it came to the service. After our wine order was taken it took an unacceptable length of time before we actually had any wine brought to the table. Then one of the waiters pouring the wine was completely confused as to which wine he was pouring and which glass should be used. In addition to this, when each course was brought to the table one of our guests was forgotten! Overall the level of professionalism was disappointing for a restaurant that positions itself at the high end. There are plenty of top end restaurants in HK that are able to deliver, Domani wouldn't be top of my list next time.
To be fair they did give us a complementary dessert in an effort to make amends.

Great meal last night with visiting winemaker from Oreno. Hand-made foie gras ravioli were outstanding; slow-cooked spiced beef absolutely scrumptious! The pairings with the wines too was excellent. As always, Stefano kept a watchful eye on the experience, making sure all was executed flawlessly. Well done!

For a friend's farewell we gathered here on a beautifully sunny Sunday for brunch and were truly amazed. The reservation was very uncomplicated as opposed to other popular brunch places in Hong Kong that even demand a deposit and weeks' in advance booking. I called in on Thu evening and got 6 seats for the following Sunday without any hassle.
We got a secluded table in the back which was very cozy and quiet. The airy glass surrounding gave view to the full beauty of Hong Kong on a sunny and clear day.
My picture of the buffet speaks more than a thousand words. It was a perfect combination of juicy lobster and finest Italian antipasti, salads, cheese, cold cuts and dessert. There were less choices than at other buffets we've been before, but all the dishes were outstanding in quality (which I prefer over too many choices but low quality).
Free flow champagne, rosé, fresh juices, mineral water, coffee and tea and a main course (which included valuable options with truffles or more lobster) came at only HKD 588 per person - we all felt we got a great deal when walking out.
Moreover, what is quite extraodinary for Hong Kong, the staff was fabulously attentive and courteous, we almost felt like being in Europe.
This is the best Sunday brunch we've enjoyed in Hong Kong so far, beating our hitherto favorite Sunday brunch at Zuma.
