“Great noodles!”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

The springy and chewy texture of the noodles blew me away at first bite! Definitely one of the best wanton noodles I have ever tasted. Will be sure to come back here on my next visit to HK.

“The best wonton noodle”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

I had a great time eating at Mak's. Even though the place wasn't too fancy, but it was the tastiest won ton noodle I've ever ate. Going back to Jakarta was tough, cause I won't find any won ton like this around here. The price is reasonable. I had one bowl of noodle and prawn won ton. My husband ordered something else and it was good also. The order didn't take long.

I brought my cranky son here, and the staff was very friendly with him.

My friend was here last Sept, she said the noodle was best to eat in, not to bring to home.

“Simple, inexpensive and delicious”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

This shop serves Hong Kong style noodles in broth in their traditional style. Yummie and surprisingly inexpensive for the location.

“Best mien at the Peak”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

One of the best noodles in town. Noodles are consistently good and uses good ingredient.
Pricey than ordinary noodles but no comparison on the taste and freshness of shrimps and beef.
Have an unusual technique in making and tossing the noodle which makes it consistently crunchy.
The bowl is small to be able to maintain the hotness of the food. It's like eating gourmet noodles.
For some they don't like it but for most gourmet lover, it"s a perfect simple noodle soup that comforts anyone's heart.

“Very small portions for 50$”
Reviewed July 18, 2013 via mobile

We saw all the reviews on the walls and said we give it a try.
For 50$ you get very small portions (compared to other rest.)
The noodles themselves were good, we found the sauce and the soup though were quite bad in taste.
I guess don't trust a review from 2010.
