“Tour to Shenzhen”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

Our tour to the mainland was very good and was worth the price.
It operated smoothly and our processing through the immigration/customs procedures was very efficient and that in itself made the tour very enjoyable.
The points of interest that we were taken to were well planned especially the visits to the Cultural Village and the Shenzhen Museum.
One of the highlights was the Dim Sum Lunch at the Shangri La Hotel.
Our guides Derek and Ruby were very good especially Derek who you can see is a past master of his trade.
Make sure that your wits are about you when visiting the Mineral Museum, the Lo Wu Shopping Mall and some of the dodgy operators that offer foot massages otherwise you will come home a lot poorer.

“Fair tour!”
Reviewed August 27, 2013 via mobile

The tour guide was not fluent in English and was disappointed that we were taken to a diamond centre as part of tour and they expected you to buy expensive jewellery that's not what I signed up for!

“Definitely worth including this tour on a visit to Hong Kong”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

Our guide Marco with a separate driver drove us in a 40-50 seat coach. The tour took us to Victoria peak for great views across Hong Kong harbour with pre-booked tickets on the Peak Tram, saving us at least 1-1.5 hours queuing! The tram ride was quite an experience as it travels at a very steep angle. The tour took us to Aberdeen village where we had a 25 min ride in a sampan (for 60HKD each extra). This was definitely worth the extra cost as you get a fascinating view of life in the harbour with all the old house boats, fishing boats and luxury vessels. The tour included a visit to a local jewellery factory (with discounts of 20% or more available) and finished with a visit to Stanley market which was much more extensive than it appeared initially. Marco was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and was a source of lots of interesting facts about Hong Kong. Definitely worth including this tour on a visit to Hong Kong.

“Tour was okay, nothing spectacular. Jewelry store is a scam.”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

I was working in Guangzhou and took a weekend trip to Hong Kong. I did the full day deluxe tour with dim sum lunch. The tour wasn't anything special, but it's definitely worth the price so you don't have to plan and coordinate seeing things on HK Island. The dim sum lunch was good, nothing spectacular by any means. The biggest complaint I have about this tour is that they stop by the TSL Jewelry store for you to buy "souveniers". You'll notice when you go in the store that the group you are with are the only customers in there. It's a sham and the sales people are super pushy. Do yourself a favor and save your money for the Stanley Market. Unless you're buying GIA grade diamonds and jade, then you're just wasting your money. The 45mins would be much better spent as additional time at Stanley Market or at the Temple Street market on the Kowloon side. Overall, don't expect to be overly impressed by this tour. It covers the basics and that is all I wanted for the 1+ days I was in Hong Kong.

“Tour to Macau and Venetian Casino”
Reviewed June 4, 2013

Was the worst run tour I have ever been on, very badly organised, and we nearly missed the ferry back to Hong Kong. The tour guide was a nice enough person but gave NO information of what we were looking at other than very basic.
We were given the wrong information on how to get to the ferry to go to Macau, and hardly any help on the return.
