A cool eatery tucked away in Central Hong Kong. This is a concept restaurant - serving every possible edible morcel you can take from a chicken. And put it all on skewers. We tried the liver, breast leg and plumped for the more unusual knee. Despite the waitress' recommendation (her favourite joint, apparently) it wasn't to our liking. The KFC Cauliflower is good too washed down with Japanese beers. There is no service charge, so the staff are very helpful and add to the young and happening atmosphere in Yardbird. Well worth a visit.
