You may be paying more for your food here compared to other Chinese restaurants but you're paying for the atmosphere and service, as well as good Cantonese oriented food.
Our table of 4 had Peking Duck (2 courses), sharks fin soup (sorry), typhoon shelter prawns, kailan and fried rice. Everything was fantastic.
Definitely would recommend this restaurant for those wanting to eat in a posh Chinese restaurant which is decidedly different from many typical Chinese restaurants which are crowded, noisy and lacks decent service.
We have also eaten lunch at Kowloon Tang in Elements, which is decorated the same but has outdoor seating. Kowloong Tang feels a bit more casual. I think both are comparable in terms of food but Kowloon Tang does have souffle and other interesting desserts.
