“Ok... but it has no real connection to Bruce Lee”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

Spend a minute or two to get that photo, then take the MTR train up to the New Territories to the Heritage Museum in Sha Tin. Starting July 2013 to July 2018, a five year long special exhibit on the life of Bruce Lee will be on display there.

Another way for fans to connect to Bruce Lee would be to get a room at his former home at 41 Cumberland Road, Kowloon Tong. Travel by MTR to the Kowloon Tong station is the quickest way. The property's exterior is basically unchanged from 40 years ago when Bruce Lee was living there. But the interior has been divided into small rooms that are rented out by the hour.

Located on the sea-front, cool place, but usually a lot of people there, that it is hardly possible to make a nice picture. Nothing special though

“Popular attraction and nice memorial to the late martial artist”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

One of the most popular attractions along the Avenue of Stars stretch of the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is the Bruce Lee Statue, which was erected at this spot in 2005.

The Statue is a 2.5 meter tall bronze statue and depicts Bruce Lee in his famous 'ready to strike' pose, as seen in the 1972 classic Fist of Fury.

This is a popular photo spot with tourists taking turns to have their picture made next to the statue pretty much around the clock. If you want clear pictures of the statue with the Hong Kong Skyline in the background, it is best to visit very early in the morning before the large tour groups begin to arrive. At this time, there is usually plenty of opportunity to photograph the statue uninterrupted. Once the tourists begin to arrive, it becomes rather impossible to make a good picture without other people being in the camera frame.

For those interested, you can also find the Bruce Lee 'Star' plaque not far from the statue, along the row of stars lining the Avenue of Stars.

“Hong Kong Icon with Hong Kong Skycrapers' Iconic Background”
Reviewed May 26, 2013

Who doesn't know Bruce Lee. Many of the Bruce Lee's fans do carry out their pilgrimage to this very statue regularly particularly on his birthday. Make sure the weather is clear because it tends to have high winds and heavy rains in the area on certain period of the year.
