Been here thrice for dinner, decent food - the cod main is not bad (for the best cod dish go to Nobu at Intercontinental）, scallops are good and thick. Not sure about the salad bar, could do with a bit more elaboration being Grand Hyatt I think. My favorite is still the dessert you can set on fire - warm, sweet, a bit alcholicky. Go figure (and try!) Oh and the mudpie. Very good, thick, heavy american chocolate dessert. The accompanying vanilla dessert didn't matter much.
p.s. If you're not a fan of super (too） cosy, dark, somber dining environments, like myself, you may not enjoy your dining experience here as much as another steakhouse with views. (Hint: Intercontinental, Ritz) Service is pretty good but for your reference, most wait staff is disengaged locals. A few overly enthusiastic western waiters. Don't think I'll return on my own accord but would consider it as a choice for certain group/ occasion dining. Cheers!
