“Essence of Excellence”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

Came to One Harbour on the recommendation of a Hong Kong friend, who's auntie comes her frequently. The experience was outstanding from arrival to departure.

We were greeted at the dedicated elevator and quickly whisked away to our table in the corner affording an outstanding view of the harbour. The menu was set in advance by our contact and included char siew, duck, conch, lobster hot and sour soup, veggies, cod fish, and the signature mango dessert. Every dish was a star in its own right, but the conch and cod fish will stand out in my memory.

Lastly, it would be a huge dishonor not to mention the service because it was impeccable. We were well looked after by a number of people and every one delivered caring and genuine service.

“Best Cantonese dinner ever”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

This did not come cheap at over 100 euro per person and 95 euro for a bottle of (excellent) pinot noir from Australia. But it was worth it. The ambiance, the service and above all the food. We went for a set menu of Cantonese food and did not regret it. Abalone and duck, in particular, were memorable.

Add the harbor view and it was a perfect evening.

“Great Views and Fantastic Service”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

The Restaurant had fantastic views and was very widespread. When we arrived they didn't have a table ready for us, which was a little disappointing, however they fixed the problem quickly. The menu was good. The food was good, however we found it overpriced.

“Spectacular view”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Spectacular view & a great spot to watch the light show . Staff efficient , observant & unobtrusive.
The Pork sliced with garlic & chilli sauce was very tasty, but found the Crispy Suckling Pig ( compared to others I have tried ) only ok - not an overly generous serving either for the cost but adequate I guess. The Pork with Pancakes ( a la Peking Duck ) was delicious . The desserts were different & interesting - Sago, Mango & Pomelo was very refreshing & the Crispy Fried Dumplings with green tea were very tasty.A nice place to visit for the view , service & good food

“Great location and service”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

Very good experience from start to finish. Beautiful location for scenic views. Can't think there would really be a bad table but ours in the window was perfect. Everything is expensive but the quality was very good. The prawns in particular were huge and flavoursome. Only disappointment was that they didn't have one duck dish I really fancied. Expensive but overall a very good experience.
