“top view of victoria harbour”
Reviewed May 23, 2013

Frankly speaking, food in breakfast buffet is very average. We do not have any surprise, this is expected. But for the view, it is fabulous and fantastic. It is a strange and positive experience to have breakfast, at the same time we can see Victoria Harbour and the Peak at the opposite side of the harbour. Anyway, you are suggested to patron, for the sole sake of admiring the scenery of Hong Kong, for breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner.

“Unexpected blossom~”
Reviewed May 13, 2013

It was the 2nd time to Tosca. This is for Mother's Day and also planned to join the 2-star Michelin Chef Pino Lavarra. Panoramic view from 102/F (sometimes stuck in the clouds, though). Much sophisticated, well-designed southern Italian gourmet. Seafood Tiramisu was not an appetizer, but a masterpiece painting of caviar, prawns and other fresh from the sea framed with the pesto cream. Cannelloni was a bit salty, but Wagyu and Baby pork is up to the stars. Don't miss the dessert for chocolate box or the souffle. Its like jewelry box even my husband fell in love to it.
Do listen to the informative introduction from the staff. They are knowledgeable about the food they serve. And professional.
Worth the value Tasting Menu from only $1000 or $1300 with pairing wine.

“A visual and gastronomic delight”
Reviewed May 11, 2013

The restaurant is on the 102nd floor of the International Commerce Centre building with sweeping views over the harbour. The restaurant is grand in its decor with black leather seats, a striking chandelier and glitter panels on the walls. The open kitchen allows one to see the chefs create their works of art.

The restaurant has a new chef and the new menu is creative and high on visual appeal. Every dish is beautifully presented with elements that confuse the senses and add to the gastronomic appeal - for example the foie gras terrine that looks like ice cream or the risotto and foam that looks like tiramisu. There is an extensive wine list to match the food and unless you are a very experienced connoisseur, I would recommend asking the sommelier for advice. The desserts are absolutely beautiful - chocolate cups and boxes with decadent fillings, petits fours on a candy floss nest - simply amazing!

Overall a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended for a special occasion dinner.

“Gourmet Italian Food in China - hard to find!”
Reviewed April 27, 2013

Situated in the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong, this was a trendy lushly decorated restaurant.
The food was well prepared and not run of the mill Italian fare.
Service was tip top. Hellishly expensive but par for restaurants in Chinese hotels.

“Amazing location not matched by the food”
Reviewed April 22, 2013 via mobile

Without doubt this is one of the most amazing restaurants in Hong Kong for the view; but not the food. We dined as a table of 8 and enjoyed good wine and great service. However, my pasta ravioli starter was under cooked. My rack of lamb was laughable - where is the meat. i can't find it. My friend's dish was similar: the smallest piece of Sea Bass ever. Desserts looked great and tasted ok. Now for the prices: HK isn't cheap but the bill was a rip-off. So my advice is this: go to the restaurant and admire the views and surroundings but choose the cheapest on the menu as its really not worth splashing out.
