Well surely it is an experience one must try! Tosca does not have a better view compared to aqua, but it has a different view! It's quite something being so hi.... It's worth eating there and enjoying the spectacle! This a side the restaurant have a very unique Decor that can be considered quite kitch!
Mainlanders seems to like it and its quite full of them.
The food in my opinion was very nice, I had the parmigiana, I had the scialatielli with sward fish and the Italian turbot.
Products were fresh, taste clean, homade pasta texture and cooking was done well, plates were well balanced so I have to say good job! The Wine list is good, don't understand some reviewer complaining, maybe they should study a bit Italian wines. Prices doh are not low.... But consider where you are. Capichera, Conterno bussiador, Jerman, livio felluga, tasca and many more... These are amongst the top Italian white wines.... Who can complain?
I finished the dinner with a nice tiramisu' bitter and light, accompanied by a tokaji puttonyos 6..... Wow!!!! Nearly essence! Balanced and with a nice acidity despight the high level of botrytis! To me the night ended with a bang!
Therefore for me it is definitely a must try in Hong Kong. Service was good too and they have very knowledgeable sommeliers both Italian and Chinese so u can just relax and enjoy the journey, which is the beauty of a dining experience. I will go back!

I've done several of the brunches in Hong Kong and this one did not impress. For the food, the selection of meats and cheeses was good, but beyond that selection was limited. Seafood did not taste particularly fresh, notably the lobster. The main courses were very disappointing, I had the pasta which was bland and greasy. Several others in the party had the chicken which was bloody in the centre, and nothing was done when this was pointed out.

Service also left much to be desired. Drink refills were slow and on several occasions we had empty glasses. Given what you are paying and the level of service at other brunches, this was notably poor. Staff in general seemed to be demotivated and unhappy, which spoiled the atmosphere.

I appreciate that some of this may sound a little petty, but this bunch was 801HKD (a little over 100USD) per head including service. That's a lot of money and on the high end compared to the Hong Kong champagne brunch average, at 100-200 HKD more than elsewhere. For this money you expect outstanding food and service, and this delivered neither. We won't be going back to this one again, there are better choices.

Last Sunday il Padrino and his better half went for dinner with some Italian friends just arrived in HK to Tosca in Ritz Carlton Hotel - ICC Tower . That place rocks ! The ambient is unique , with a modern design that is never heavy or kitsch . I really like the atmosphere in the dining room . Not to speak about the view : I mean you are in the tallest building in the city and is really something to remember the fact to look the IFC up and down whilst having dinner !. The service is one of the best I 've experienced so far in HK , of course the classy touch of the Italian maitre in the dining room has been completely transferred to his crew . And they all are exquisite , very professional and never intrusive . Then the food : Chef Vittorio's style , that I knew from his past restaurant here in HK, is still a real surprise to me : he has always the traditions of our food in his mind but at the same time he is always capable to surprise you with some new combination of ingredients or cooking style . It is always the right choice to trust him when he is giving you some advise on the speciality of the house . Worth to come back everytime , to impress your friends with the stunning view and the HIGH CLASS service and cuisine .

Other than an amazing view you can find better food, better service and a better wine list in a number of other restaurants in Hong Kong. Our white truffle risotto was so over cheesed that you couldn't even taste the white truffles. The restaurant was only about 25% full the night that I ate there and the service was so slow and almost non existent that I can't imagine what it would be like there on a night when they were full.

Similar to most western cuisine restaurants in HK; good, but...
Go for lunch; great value for good food.
If you go a la carte, I fear your wallet will hurt rather then leaving with a happy stomach.
Setting is nice, great view over HK, so I'd recommend this place as a good lunch location to impress out of town guests.

Service is polite and good, but similar to all HK upscale restaurants; a personal touch is something hard to get by, machine smiles and a gutfeeling servers here don't have.

So; quitegood, but...
