we went on a wekday eve when the place was only half full. If you go at lunchtime there are queues outside (there is a special queuing area) which shows how popular the place is.
The place is brightly lit: menus feature photos and English explanantions and the price is reasonable by HK standards. Serive is hilariously random. Our side dish came first: followed by another side dish; then the mains and ended with the starters: its tapas gone haywire.
The food is good but avoid the broken rice platter: too dry and dull.
Wouldn't recommend for special occassions or relaxed eves out: but for lunch or a qucik bite after the gym etc its good value
