It was my first time in Ritz-Carton Hong Kong. It was really nice to meet Aven and thanks a lot for his kindness. My family was very happy because of his service and kindness. We could feel as our home at Ritz-Carton Hong Kong. I think Ritz-Carlton is best of best in the world. I will back to Ritz-Carton Hong Kong and want to meet him again. Also I always stay Ritz-Carton in the world.

This must be one of my favorite new luxury hotels in the World. I checked out one day early from a so called" iconic" hotel in Hong Kong which truely lost its luster after 50 years and was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed at the brand new Ritz Carlton. An amazing king bedded guest room and flawless facility experience is offered here. We were elegantly taken to our room on the 115th floor and the modern designed room product is one of the best in Hong Kong . Views of Hong Kong island and the harbor added to the WOW factor when you walk into the room. The markble bathroom had double sinks, deep tub, and rain shower head.THEY DO NOT CHARGE for wi-fi, which drove me crazy from my stay across on Hong Kong Island. They Ritz caters to the modern business and lesiure travel , which did not leave any stone unturned. My highlight was swimming on the 118th floor and working out in a state of the art fitness facility with an outdoor jacuzzi gazing over the water. My room gave me access to the Club level. All the staff was accomodating and a special note to Violette who was a world class ambassador for the Club. She got me into an almost impossible reservation at the private China Club for dinner and set up the Club Car to take me to the markets in the area. I also had dinner at the Chinease restaurant on property , a two star Michellen restaurant. You have to try the Iberian pork and Peking duck. The Hotel sits on top of a world class shopping center and the subway if you want to cross over to Hong Kong or even connect to the Airport. I have one more thing to say ; for all those old time luxury hotels in Hong Kong that for years are resting on their reputation , you better be careful because a NEW competitor called the Ritz Carlton is in town and they do it right. I highly recomend if your coming to Hong Kong STAY HERE.

Room Tip: Book the Club level the extra amenites are worth it. DONT FORGET to grab the gummy bears offered on...

I have heard a lot of good things from Cafe 103 at the Ritz-Carlton HK from some of my friends, so i went there last night to have my birthday dinner and i was impressed myself. This week they are having a Indian promotion during the dinner buffet and i have to say that it was a great experience. I never had Indian food before, but after last night I will definitely have it again. The buffet is set up very nicely, both everything that your want to have for a dinner and incredible desserts that just make you want to eat even more. The server are very polite and always have a smile and make you feel even more special when they surprise you with a birthday plate of sweets and cake at the end of your dinner, during dessert time.
I had an incredible time and will definitely go again. Thank you.

You may be shak'n not stirred when you go up to the hotel lobby which is the highest hotel in the world, but it is luxurious and a beautiful view--espeically from the Club Lounge. As you drive up to the building there is a lovely view, and the service at the door are very helpful in arranging immediante taxis (cheap way to travel in Hong Kong) to whereever you are headed. In the bottom of the building--it is attached to a nice shopping mall, there is a place to check in for the airport and take a train to the airport so you save $$ and time.
I suggest you get a room on the club floor where the meal offerings are extensive and the service is exceptional. The hotel and rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice with nice amenities. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and the hotel had a beautiful dish of chocolates and card in the room for us. We did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot tell you about that, but the food in the club level was presented beautifully and very tasty.

Truely amazing. It is situated on a hill and needless to say the views were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and polite. I was most impressed with the service at the hotel. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. The chocolates that they put beside your bed after they turn down your bed are so yummy. One of the best chocolates I have had. A top notch hotel. I highly recommend it.
