Full of vibes! You will see the domestic helper enjoying themselves inside the park. Singing, dancing and even cooking for eachother. An oasis in the city, the highlight for us is the flamengo pond

Me and my family went to Kowloon Park on a Sunday afternoon. I would say that the Park overall was very beautiful and there was even a Kung Fu corner which we enjoyed. However, the view was ruined by people of Malaysian/ Indonesian descent sitting there eating, singing, drinking and talking loud. It was packed with people just sitting all over the place and we couldn’t get a single picture of the park. There was also Thai/White people drinking, partying and listening to loud music while small children were around.

I am submitting this review as an addition to one that was recently posted by my friend.

During one afternoon my friend and I visited the park restroom because we knew it to be the main public toilet in this area of Tsim Sha Tsui. Prior to this visit we had visited the park a couple times prior without incident. However, on this occasion I had a completely different experience. Upon entering the restroom, I turned right to use the large trough urinal that is on both ends of the restroom. As I began urinating I noticed that an Asian man of medium-build was standing next to me within close proximity. My initial thought was that is must be my friend, despite him never standing next to me before in the restroom. I was wrong. Within my peripheral vision I noticed that the man was vigorously moving his arm as if he was masturbating. I was shocked, I didn't know how to react.

I quickly finished and went to the sink to wash my hands. The man proceeded to follow me to the sink area. I began washing my hands and looking in the mirror to see what he might do next. As I turned around to exit the sink area I noticed his penis partially outside of his pants. As he slowly placed it back into his pants he stared at me with a peculiar look of solemness. At this point I called out my friend's name in case the man decided to grab me or do something more menacing. He replied and I quickly exited the restroom to an area where more people were present.

In summary, I am writing this to make others aware of a potentially unsafe situation. Hopefully this was just a rare occurrence, but based on the two encounters we had with this man I assume it won't be the last.

There is a pervert lurking around this park! Be on the look out for a middle aged man, maybe in his 40s. He is Asian, about 5ft8 - 5ft9 or 176cm - 179cm tall, slender body, maybe 150lbs/68kgs, tan-skinned, and has a bald head with black hair on the side. He creeps around inside or near the boys bathroom. Last seen wearing a white collar shirt and black pants with red shoes; also carries a small strap bag(man purse).

I had two encounters with this pervert, on separate days. My friend was the first victim and a couple of days later, I was the second. Times of occurrence were late afternoon and early evening. This dirtbag would wait for you to pee then masturbate beside you while blatantly staring at your junk. After it happened to me, I stayed outside the busy park to stalk him. I saw him follow other young kids, and teens into the restroom multiple times. The pervert knew I caught him, so he ran away from me but luckily I was able to get some footage of him. He seems to be mentally stable and aware of his actions. I can't say that I felt threatened by him, but he was definitely creepy. I have filed an e-report to the Hong Kong police; hopefully they handle this situation soon.

If any of you or your friends were victims of this pervert, please contact the police immediately! And if anybody else had the same experience, please write and share. And file an e-report to the Hong Kong police department. This creep needs to be behind bars!

The park seems nice otherwise. Just be cautious if you, or your kids are going to use the restroom!!!

When the crowded streets of Kowloon start to overwhelm you, take a stroll through beautiful Kowloon Park and enjoy this lovely oasis of peace with lots to see and do. Not only are the gardens and fountains beautiful, but there's also a sculpture garden near the mosque on the southeast corner, as well as a maze of hedges and an aviary. For children, there's a huge playground with lots of fun equipment to climb on, and for hot days, there's a fantastic public swimming pool that's perfect for cooling off and catching some rays. Even better than all of this for me was watching the dozens of pink flamingos in one of the ponds one late afternoon -- an unexpected treat!
