Very good service. The young bellboy was very friendly. He had given an extra mile in everything and well mannered. He helped me with the luggage from check in to check out. He got me a taxi in the rush hours. He has good fluent English and knows the locations in Central very well. He gave me all the recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I had breakfast in The Flying Pan. Their egg Benedict is amazing. I also had dim sum at Lin Heung Tea House for lunch and dinner in Yung Kee. The roast goose in Yung Kee is very tasty. I was able to see the light show (Symphony of Lights) in Aqualuna, thanks to the young bellboy for making the reservation. The manager should be proud in hiring this young bellboy. I strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Just had a fantastic 3 night stay in Hong Kong. Almost randomly choose the Butterfly On Wellington based on a couple of tripadvisor comments. Excellent boutique hotel with fabulous staff who are extremely friendly and professional. Furnishings make you feel like you are in Hong Kong. East meets West. Right in the heart of all there is to do on Hong Kong Island. Great restaurants right nearby including a place to get a hearty "Aussie" breakfast and almost Melbourne like coffee...Wagyu Lounge (up a couple of streets in Soho). A beautiful Vietnamese restuarant 20 metres down the road called Nang Pham serving really fresh food....you will know you are there by the queue outside the door (take a number...it is worth the wait). Cool bar a street up under the escalator (near "...the Kozac"...cant remember the name but Lebanese). Easy access to the main shopping areas and also the traditional alley markets where the most amazing array of fruit vegetables meat fish etc are beautifully displayed. If you want to be in the heart of everything BUT with very quiet rooms and reception...then this is the place for you.

Fantastic location. Walking ( or very cheap $4 aus taxi) from Hong Kong airport express, right next to mid level escalator. Quirky building with on three rooms per floor. Near to some of the best food places cheap and expensive. Staff are faultless. We stayed on level 25 and couldnt hear the streets at all, the bed was lovely we had a fantastic sleep. This is a no frills hotel so dont expect a gym or a pool but its very clean and comfortable with room to move, they do pod coffee thought :) . No breakfast but you are within a short walk of many food choices local, dim sum and everything else. The centre of alot of shopping from high end to cheap ( though nothing like Mong Kok for all the bargains and stalls) I really enjoyed this location and can definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Try and go as high as you can and the view from the 1 and 2 rooms on each floor is good ( 2301)

A great little hotel in the middle of bustling Hong Kong. I stayed here for 3 nights on a stopover on my way home to NZ. A very pleasant stay. The hotel was very modern. Rooms a good size. Bed very comfortable and well furnished elsewhere. Plenty of storage space. Free internet also tea & coffee. Very close to everything.
Staff very helpful.

Room Tip: Choose a room on a higher floor as there is no noise from the very busy Hong Kong streets.

Have just returned from four days in Hong Kong staying at this delightful hotel. It is situated on Wellington Street in Central, surrounded by many restaurants, local markets and just a few blocks from the trendy Soho district. Just metres from the mid-level escalators, all areas of Central are very accessible and the ferry terminals (including Star Ferry Pier) are within easy walking distance (around 15 mins). The hotel does not have any restaurant or bar facilities but with so many places to eat this is not necessary. A restaurant a couple of doors away serves a western breakfast (bacon/eggs/omelet) for just a few Australian dollars and, if you prefer, McDonalds is only 5 mins away. Our room (Executive) was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and the bathroom was very large. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hong Kong.
