“The Heart of SoHo - nice!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 5, 2012

I've never stayed right in the heart of SoHo, so close to the amazingness of Stanley Markets and the mid levels. The hotel is a nice little spot, checkin swift, staff courteous. I chose the room upgrade to the Executive class, a king size bed and Nespresso machine the added bonus.

The room is nice sized, well laid out and the bathroom ample, though a shower only. The lighting in the bathroom is shocking - way too dark for putting on a bit of lippy in the am... Mini fridge in room, but not a pre stocked mini bar. This is no drama as you're surrounded by great restaurants plus convenience stores.

Free wifi is fast and easy to connect.

Overall, a good budget hotel.

I have stayed here 6 times over the past year, usually for 5-6 days at a time. The hotel is extremely well located for both business and tourism. A good quality free Internet feed is very useful for business.

The rooms are a good size for Hong Kong. Since the hotel is relatively new, the furniture and decor is in great condition.

after 25 years traveling to HK i have found the best, reasonably priced, centrally located, small hotel.
Ideal for the business guy who just needs to crash in a clean place between meetings.

Since I didn't know much about HK prior to getting there, I chose this based on price. I'm really glad that I did. This hotel was clean, has friendly staff, and is in the best location I can imagine. Very close to the centre with big buildings, close to metro and train to airport, 2 blocks from mid-levels escalator, and hundreds of places to eat. I would definitely stay there again. Only suggestion, lobby/reception area is not very welcoming as it is small and feels cramped. But, hey, I didn't hang out there and everything else was above average.

I am so happy I was booked my hotel with this group. Not only was the room in the center, but it was just enough for what is needed out of a hotel in Hong Kong. From a person who has traveled to many countries and stayed at various types of places from resorts to hostels, this was just the right value for what was needed for this trip. Also let me not forget to highlight not only is their standard service amazing but they were of great assistance in times of emergency.

My first night my wallet was stolen/ lost at the airport. Imagine no money no credit cards to get to the hotel. So when I called the hotel at 01:30 in the evening they offered to pay for my taxi ride to the hotel from the airport and just charge it to my room for me to pay later. In addition to the taxi ride they also offered to charge my room for whatever amount that was needed for me to get my things in order before I picked up my wire transfer from western union. I would never even have considered that to be an option. Their creative and tailored service turned what could have been a disaster into a very pleasurable stay in Hong Kong.

well, the last time I stay here, I swear to God Im not coming back here anymore. but when my company asked me central or tsim tsat sui? I'd go central and the budget is only can cover BOW. when I reach, of course they're none there, there is no porter boy anymore.

then I reach the lobby, check in was fast, they give me upgrade which is really appreciated, remembering the ordinary room is really small. they improved and they're great now. the room was clean, bath amenities refilled everyday, free water bottled is refilled. well, this is a great improvement since the last time I went to BOW

the best about this hotel is location and its central. its for those who already grown up and professional. not like causeway bay and so on. for the price they're offering, comparing many other hotels in central area? BOW will be my choice if I dont have much budget.

the mtr is really close if you know the path, just go to the small alley infront, 3 junction then you find the big road, just go straight then you find mtr. food is everywhere, at the 1st junction of the alley, theres a small store selling herbal drink, thats my favorite even long time before I stay here with BOW.
there is plenty of good food here and good hidden underground boutique around central.

and yes, I will be staying here again and promote this hotel if they're keep being nice like this.

The location of this hotel is great, right next to the lively Graham Street Market and just a few minutes walk from the Central-Mid levels escalators which took us straight to the Airport Express train as well as local subway and ferry port. Breakfast isn't included but there are loads of options in the nearby vicinity. Wi-fi is fast and free, unlike some of the larger hotel chains. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean with a contemporary decor. Although the room was small as we expected it would be, there was plenty of cupboard space, large flat screen TV, a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and an in-room safe and the bed was very comfortable. There are just two points that were slightly annoying. First, the airconditioning vent couldn't be switched off so there was a continual fan noise. Secondly, the bathroom. Even though it had a fabulous rain shower and nice products, I just didn't like the sliding glass doors which didn't give you any privacy. They were frosted but had a clear patterned section and didn't quite meet when closed together so you were always aware of 'noise' which could certainly be a bit too much information for some people! I'm not a prudish person but do like a little bit of personal space when it comes to the loo. Apart from that though, everything else was very good.
