Well laid out Sunday Brunch, An amazing variety to suit even the fussiest of palates. We were shown to the table and offered champagne to start and spicy bloody mary's which went well with the amazing choice of cold seafood, Coffin Bay oysters, Lobsters, Prawns etc and noteably the sweetest yabbies. Lots of the dishes are classics with a modern twist. I enjoyed the sparkling conversation of girlfriends and sparkling Perrier Jouet Champagne which was free flowing.
Ambience is wonderful, Kowloon views and great fit out combined with the grooving W soundtrack make for a fabulous atmosphere. Quality is fantastic and of course there is no possible way that you can try everything....so it makes you want to come back again.
As lunch progressed it got harder to get a hold of the waiter for the champagne, but that is only a small gripe, One of the best brunches I have been to in Hong Kong.
