“Pretty good dimsum”
Reviewed December 16, 2013 via mobile

I came here based on many positive reviews from trip advisor. Went on a wednesday afternoon, was not very busy. Ordered the bbq pork bun, shiu my, lotus leaf steamed rice, har gow, pork liver cheung fun, thousand layer cake and all was very tasty. However, the atmosphere is very pretentious Due to many of its 'regulars' -many hong kong princesses frequent this location. I much enjoyed dimsum square on 27 hillier street much much more.

“Pan fried pork bun is AMAZING”
Reviewed December 15, 2013 via mobile

Went to two different Tim Ho Wan outlets on separate occasion during our latest HK trip. The one at Olympic City 2 is less crowded (less than 5 min wait on Friday lunch time) while the one at HK Station in Central is crazy... (more than 1 hour queue)

Since we are Chinese and have eaten our fair share of good dim sum, I wouldn't say everything is fantastic at this highly acclaimed restaurant. The pan fried pork bun is their must eat dish. Their dessert jelly is also nice. But everything else seems rather ordinary.

I will probably not queue again next time. Will just takeaway the pork bun.

“Some of the best dim sum you'll ever eat”
Reviewed December 14, 2013 via mobile

The pork buns...wow... The best you will ever eat and find. The dim sum, you can see why people queue for the food. The place is not easy to find so ask, but go early to get a seat!

“Best Pork Bun yet!”
Reviewed December 14, 2013

I still have to try their dim sum but nothing beats the dozens and dozens of pork buns we brought home (handcarried) from our mid year shopping spree in HK...so far.
