the food at olympian was warm, not piping hot like dim sum should be and the prices were higher too plus we had to queue! there was a pressure to leave as the q continued to form and waitresses were clearing our baskets :(
BUT thing were way different at Sham Sui Po, food was hot, no q,i could sit as long as i liked,it was cheaper and the menu was more comprehensive! :)

Dim Sum means little eats.
Tasty baked buns with pork were the star attraction, judging by the local people who all, and I mean all of them, had ordered. I even tried the flower petal jelly to finish.
Good stuff

Nevermind 30-60 minute queuing, stay for your seat! Even Enter the Dragon roller coaster at the Ocean Park or LV ultimate private sale down Canton Rd would be just as tempting and worth the wait. The best street dimsum is hot steamed n ready in the house of Tim Ho Wan. Do not miss the chicken feet steamed with soy sauce, pork ribs with black beans, and the stickyrice with lotus seeds. Dumplings, rice paper rolls and xiulong bao are the things for sure. Anyway, discover the ride for yourselves. Have a great time, companions!

We went to the outlet at IFC, no crazy Q, got a table after waiting for 10-15mins. Crispy pork bun was very good, enjoyed the moment of goodness. Price is quite cheap. Other than that, there was nothing special. Every other dishes that we tried were decent. Probably worth taking some time off to visit.

They have a dim sum restaurant at IFC in between the check in counter and L1 of IFC. I usually go over there to do take away for their "bo lo char siew bao:. Was there again on 28th May 2013. Their quality has improved much. Even when the bun is cold, it is still very delicious. Their food in general is far better than their store in Singapore.

Staff service in the restaurant is so-so when I ate in the restaurant this here. Always with a long queue, do take away for the bo lo char siew bao was good enough for me - after all, this is one of their signature dim sum.

They have also opened up a restaurant one door away for their this current shop. Yet to try. IF you are in a rush and like something to chew, do take away for the bo lo char siew bun, you will be back for more.
