It was an amazing experience at Tim Ho Wan restaurant! Absolutely amazing the wide range of dishes prepared with an high level of professionalism and sensible touch for making the cuisine an unforgettable souvenir of Hong Kong for people of all over the World! I recommend to anyone visiting HK or resident there to try dim sum here! Even though there are always people waiting, try to hold because when the door will be opened you will enter into a paradise!

We read the reviews and thought we would give it a go. We definitely didn't regret. It's the best dim sum we have ever had. Well worth the line up - just order a bit if everything. The food is fresh and service great. We loved it so much we did another quick visit while we had an airport stopover.... May sounds silly to dash in for food. But when it's this good it'd worth it :) can't wait for our next trip to Hong Kong just to go here.

1-star Michelin rated Dim Sum restaurant. Fret not! It wouldn't cost a pocket burn! Dim Sum made extremely affordable but please be mindful, it comes with a consequence - the queue.

Expect waiting time to range between 1/2 an hour to hours. Well, if you asked if it's worth the wait, perhaps so! Tell people, you've been to Hong Kong, and that you tasted the best Dim Sum from Tim Ho Wan, they cannot say you're wrong!

For me, Cantonese-speaking wasn't much of a problem, so ordering was easy. However, if you're not able to speak/read the chinese words, the waiters/waitresses are usually locals who know minimum English. Of course they have a menu in English, but if you want to know more of the particular dish, I'm afraid you won't get much information.

So how do you solve this? There's this paper which is used as a table mat, well sort of, and has dishes of Dim Sum on it. Depending on the number of people eating, just order whatever is shown on the piece of paper. You won't go wrong!

Nevertheless, Dim Sum is a must in HK, what's more a popular place. There're a few branches in HK so just know when to go down. They don't take reservations, sadly. But well... Good food is worth the way!

Food was good and reasonable price. However, tea was poor like colored water and you had no choice and had to pay at HK$3 per person.

Took a Queue Number at about 9.30am. Our turn was at 12.10pm. Overall the dim sum is good, but would rate it as fantastic. Small restaurant. Small table. My elbows were touching the customer sit next to me all the time! I have to keep my hands close to my body while eating.
