We stayed at Lamma island during weekdays and low leason and we enjoyed it. Although the hotel is not luxory at all, the location right on the beach is fantastic. The rooms are very small and not really clean. Since we seemed to be the only guests, it was very quiet also during the night. Breakfast is ok, not much choice. The hotel itself is a 20+ minutes walk from the ferry.
Overpriced, food ok, but service dreadful. Food came slowly, nothing together, and they cleared plates as the last dish arrived an hour late. No apologies or any idea they were very bad. The burger was undercooked when well done was requested.
Room door was very loose, we felt this to be a security risk, when we told the management they told us it was OK and put some tape around it. However it still remained loose and let light and cold air into the room all night.
When we woke in the morning we were covered in mosquito bites
On the plus side the breakfast was really good and in a good location

It's located directly on a nice beach on lamma island. You have to walk to there because the island is car free. It's a cute hotel with just a few rooms. But they are nice and clean. Just the bed was a little hard. The staff was really friendly and helpful. One evening with had a private BBQ. If you're there you definetly have to try it out! They provide you with a grill and much food and you have to BBQ yourself. It's a very romantic hotel that i definetly recommend.
Lamma island itself is great and the nature is beautiful.
Don't forget that this hotel is located in LAMMA ISLAND, one of the most romantic place near by Hong Kong. Be carefull that isnt in HK but at 30 minutes by boat from HK and all the island is pedestrian. No car! No bus, just bike.
The rooms are really small, but the such hotel is in the best area of LAMMA. The hotel is around 30 minutes (of course on foot) by the ferry but there is a special service that they can carry the luggages for you.
You cannot compare this hotel with business hotel or something like this, you are in LAMMA! Dinner? PIZZA MILANO from Denny. The only real italian pizza away from Italy.
Hotel very well located on the beach. You have to walk 20 minutes to join it from the ferry. Fantastic staff. But room really too small and not tidy. Scary decoration and not soundproofed (it was a pity during the night : you hear all the people in the rooms around yours). Very noisy air conditioning in the room. Bar was great with a very thoughful waiter. Restricted and mediocre breakfast : you have the choice between a chinese breakfast or an american one but it was not copious and quality of food is not good. Be carefull : we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes ! In conclusion, fantastic staff but nasty room and not a good value for money.
