I just went to this restaurant for the first time for Dim Sum, etc. on a Saturday morning, during the extended New Years holiday (with many families still getting together a few days after the Lunar New Year). It was predictably busy, but we had arrived early at 11-11:30, without reservations. (As is typical here, many restaurants hold some seats for walk-ins)
I strongly urge reservations, however, we were able to get a great table, and had a good view of the harbour. Unlike many restaurants in HK, this one is on the ground floor, which limits some of the more dramatic views of the harbour that we enjoy!!
The food was surprisingly good with great service. I was surprised at some reviews on a few sites regarding poor service. The food was typical of dim sum places, including shu mai, hargow, and other noodle and rice dishes.
The price for four adults and a child was HK$500 (US$65), and we were content. I highly recommend this place.
