“Serence and beautiful”
Reviewed July 27, 2014

A Little off the beaten track in Hong Kong, get down at the Diamond Hill MTR and you can walk from there. Loved the Serene and quite nature of the place.

“Peace in the City”
Reviewed July 26, 2014

Beautiful gardens in the city. Easy to get to by bus and worth the trip. Well maintained and laid out for a pleasant walk. Nice little cafe in the grounds for a cool drink.

“Serenity in the city”
Reviewed July 26, 2014 via mobile

These gardens are just gorgeous. Walking around the lush green surroundings, the only sign you are still in the city is a bit of traffic noise and some surrounding skyscrapers. It is just so peaceful and serene. The grounds are immaculate. It is well worth the visit. The Chi Lin Buddhist nunnery next door is so stunning. Easy to get to too- right at the Diamond Hill Metro stop.

“A peaceful surprise inside Hong Kong”
Reviewed July 24, 2014

We visited this place with our tour guide Jessie from the nextstophongkong. Without her, we would never know that Hong Kong has such a special and unique place so different to this cosmopolitan city.
It's so quiet that when you stepped in,all the noise and chaos from the city were gone.
We just enjoyed our time there so much and we will definitely come back again.

“A Gem”

A very peaceful place in a busy city. Very easy to get to on the metro and free to enter. Also visit the Chi Lin Nunnery which is across the road and a stunning monastery.
