This full scale replica of the Ark is full of information about the boat with excellent displays..
There are very lifelike 3D and 180 degree documentaries on the happenings during that period.
Apart from the Ark itself there is the most interesting Solar Tower which is one of the largest observatories of its type in the world. And surrounding these is a large international garden which is quite a breath of fresh air in Hong Kong. Adjacent to the Ark is an attractive beach area with a selection of restaurants and view points. It is certainly worth the entrance fee.

Unless your idea of fun is running around looking at fibre glass animals and reading info placards written in very poor English, or unless you are an avid believer in Creationism, then just don't go.
Noah's Ark is basically the folly of a couple of very wealthy local Christian evangelical developers. The garden is nice enough with some good views over the Park Island beach next door, and of course the impressive Tsing Ma Bridge above it, but the content in the Ark's internal exhibition is geared completely to creationism and there is just no subtlety to it.

I would not recommend anyone to visit here.

Whilst the concept of the big ark and display of life size animals are good especially for young children, this attraction demonstrates a high number of religiously themed shows and exhibitions.

Private vehicles are not allowed on this island. It can be accessed via couple of MTR stations and a shuttle to the island. We find the Mongkok station to be the most convenient way to get to this attraction. The shuttle bus from Mongkok station stops right in front of the gate as opposed to the shuttle bus from Tsing Yi that requires another 10-15 min walk to get to and from the attraction.

Best to be visited in the morning during hot weather. A restaurant is available on site. Under cover exhibitions can be chilly. A wrap will be handy.
