Needed to find a place where 10 guys could eat well and heartily. Heard about Patagonia from some Argentine friends in the F&B trade and contacted founder and head chef Raul Ibaja (ex TANGO) to see if we could organize something special. In a nutshell: Raul and his team at Patagonia blew us away. We had an AMAZING dinner that exceeded any and all expectations.

Raul suggested we try a customized tasting menu with several shared starters, followed by several shared steaks and side dishes. From the opening chorizo, which was juicy, meaty and delicious, and the home-made lightly skinned flavorful empanadas, to the tuna ceviche with "tiger's milk" and melted provoleta cheese (which was less heavy here than in other places we've tried), everything was impeccable.

Of note, the service staff were also very smiling and attentive, and our plates were often changed and wine glasses never left wanting.

Onto the meat. For beef we had skirt (juicy and with that lovely gaminess), ribeye, and a massive tomahawk, all tender and perfectly seasoned and cooked. To top things off, we had pre-ordered a lamb "rump" that Raul had suggested we try and we were all extremely glad he did. I can say hand on heart that it was the best piece of lamb I have eaten in Hong Kong in 20 years - truly remarkable in texture and flavor. (Forget lamb chops! This is the way to go.) And all sides were brilliant, especially the allumette fries, which came perfectly piping hot, crisp and lightly salted.

We thought we didn't have much room left for dessert, but the plates of panqueques with dulce de leche, flan de leche and alfajores promptly vaporized! Ave Maria!

Raul and his master griller Daniel (also from Argentina) have clearly found a niche: serving top shelf "meats a la parrilla" to those in search of excellence and authenticity. Kudos to the team at Patagonia for delivering a MARVELOUS dining experience.

A great little gem. A true authentic Argentine Steak house. Beautiful chorizo sausage, empanadas and more for appetizers. I was expecting great steak, and they sure lived up to expectations. What surprised, even more, was the fantastic deserts, especially the crepes. Just a great authentic steak place and wonderful experience. Staff is so nice and friendly too.

Unlike the branded Argentinian steakhouses you see in Hong Kong, I love Patagonia is 'hidden' in a normal commercial building. Be expected to enjoy welcoming and attentive service, their chefs and staffs are very chatty and friendly, certainly a bonus point for me as a customer!

Ordered their tuna ceviche, rump steak and ribeye (medium rare). They're absolutely on the spot! The plating of the tuna ceviche was excellent, and super appetizing. The right amount of acidity prepared me well for the steaks.

Both the rump steak and ribeye were cooked to perfection, with the perfect red in the middle. Both were perfectly seasoned and very tender. Most importantly the prices for both weren't bad at all, certainly a great bargain if you want to enjoy great quality meat without paying a fortune.

Ordered their flan de leche (milk w/ eggs custards) and it was simply delightful.

Highly recommend to go if you want to surprise your date/ have a decent catchup with a friend or two! Look forward to going back!

Great food! Cozy place and great services provided by Raul and Daniel.
Don't miss the set lunch, at affordable prices.
Great location in the heart of Sheung Wang. Try authentic Argentina Empanadas and Milanesas. Pair them with great argentina wines.
