This was our first restaurant experience in Hong Kong after a long flight, we were looking for a good value for money meal. We were not disappointed, the staff were fantastic, the food great, so much so we returned on our last night in town. It's an obvious favorite with the locals, we were almost the only "round eyes" there, and the staff remembered us on our return - highly recommended.

After travelling China and Hong Kong for nearly 3 weeks, we wanted the last 2 nights to be at highly recommended restaurants. Our hotel in Hong Kong recommended this restaurant and I have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences I have EVER had. The food was quite tasty but not worth the hour wait (and other tables who ordered after us, received their food before us) and the waiter had the WORST attitude. They charged us for items we didnt order and shouted at us when we wanted to amend the bill - they THREW the bill back at us after they amended it. It was the worst service I have ever received and there are plenty of other outstanding restaurants in Hong Kong. Dont waste your time there!!

The first restaurant we went to on arrival in hong kong, wish we'd kept going back instead of trying others.
Sublime dim sum. Very fine dumplings,good quality wrapping and fillings. fresh tasting with great flavour. Quite a few we hadn't tried before. Service and decor acceptable but quality of food shines. Wish this was my local dim sum restaurant. Very reasonable prices for exceptional food.

We only discovered this by accident when we were in Peninsula area, in Kimberly Road, there's a Hagen Daz right beside Chuk Yuen. We were delighted that it was not a mistake going inside this restaurant. Their roasted peking duck is superb! Customers eating there seemed like elite locals who knows what good food is...

Not far from Canton Road ("Luxury Goods Street"), we stumbled upon the Restaurant, which is down stairs, as we didn't want to eat in the American / European style chain Restaurants, which can be very expensive! The food was delicious, generous portion sizes (in fact we had to box some food to take home at the end of the meal), the decor is lovely, the serving staff are really welcoming and the prices extremely reasonable.
