Really good hotel with A-Mazing views!!! We were upgraded on arrival (booked in advance on asiarooms.com and got great deal!) and got a room with one wall glass looking over the Harbour! Rooms lovely and staff in hotel great...used the pool for a cool down and great chicken satays in the pool bar!!!

Easy check in and upgraded to a deluxe room on floor 36 with wonderful views towards Kowloon and the harbour. Comfortable beds. Beautiful breakfast. Very helpful concierge who directed us towards the Underground system which is excellent and easy to use and very cheap. Would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Room tip: Our room overlooked the harbour and we just asked for a room high above ground and were upgraded to floor 36

If you want a room with a view in Hong Kong the view does not get much better than this! Stayed on the 39th floor - club privelages - very nice and worth it - the view from the club room is amazing and pefect for watching the nightly light show between Hong Kong and Kowloon. Excellent service and great friendly staff. In a city where hotels are quite expensive this is a great deal.

This is a new hotel close to where I needed to be for business purposes. We upgraded to get lounge priviledges which also include free internet and some other discounts. Every morning we enjoyed free breakfast in the lounge. The food is adequate but the view is breath taking... such a wonderful view of the harbour. In the afternoons they serve tea with finger foods, including sandwiches and desserts. At night there are unlimited bar priviledges. I recommend the mojitos, but there was a good variety of drinks, including beer and wine. The evening spread was adequate for us for an evening meal as we ate lunch out most days. The view in the evening was amazing. I could sit in the lounge for hours to enjoy the city lights over the harbour.
The rooms are not large but are well appointed with a desk, printer/fax, internet connection. I really like the bathrooms which have the shower area combined in a room with the bathtub. It is a unique and interesting design. I do have a harbour view room but the drapes are behind the desk so it is not easy to get them open for the view. Hotel service is very good and the hotel staff is very attentive.

We ate two meals in the hotel restaurant on the third floor (there are multiple restaurants). They serve both a lunch buffet and evening buffet. The first night we ordered off the menu. The next day we had the lunch buffet. The food is average, as is the service, but it is nice to have it available in the hotel.

We toured the fitness room. There are a few pieces of equipment and a swimming pool. The pool was pretty busy so I did not use it during this visit. There were a lot of families in the pool area and restaurants.

This is one of the nicest Hyatts in the world. Great location in Hong Kong, with access to airport train, great food, health club, and restaurants. A little pricey, but not bad for a really high end hotel in this part of the world. Also, great access to the convention center!

Room tip: Request a high room - great views of the harbour!

Spent 2 nights in this 5 star hotel - loved the spacious lobby with the grand staircase and the harp playing . All rooms are harbour view, and ours were very spacious for Hong Kong, with a lounge area. Twin beds were comfortable if somewhat close together. We pulled out a chest of drawers so we could push the beds a bit apart. Large bathroom with huge circular bath and good rain shower. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection. Not too far to shopping at Causeway Bay and a taxi back cost us $AUD4. Wifi in the rooms, as well as 2 computers available in the business centre. There was a nice pool area overlooking the harbour
