“Enjoy the fish!”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

Easy to get to for a nice day out, a trip on the harbour getting there. A fishing village worth spending some time at. There are some great walking tracks as well.

“Great seafood lunch”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

If the sun is out go there. Great spot to stroll along the esplanade and back streets. The seafood was so fresh and so many flavours.

“Dragon Boats and Steamed Buns”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

We were lucky to visit on Dragon boat day and enjoyed the noise & spectacle of the racing dragon boats. Although the small town was crowded, we were able to enjoy a reasonably priced lunch of dim sum followed by a short walk to the swiimming beach where we could relax on the clean but gritty sand.

“Well worth a visit”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

We headed out here for an afternoon visit and did some walking. Well worth a look - it's a small island, with a real working fisihing port, and some stunning beaches that are good for watersports (especially windsurfing). Seafood in the restaurants near the harbour is fresh and delicious! Gets you out of the city for a day and provides a lovely perspective on downtown Hong Kong from the ferry out.
