I stayed at this Hyatt for 9 nights over a three week period. The staff here truly understands and practices the meaning of true customer service. In a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is, these guys have brought it back to life. Eager to please the staff here is very professional and polite. The rooms are large and clean. Internet consistently works well. Breakfast buffet is good with an excellent selection of both western and Asian foods. Fresh juice and smoothies await you as well as an egg station, fresh pastries, fresh fruit and a variety of meats, cheeses, and breads. I did not peruse the Asian selections.

Convenient to the TST MTR station, and attached to the K11 Art mall, this location is convenient to Kowloon and Hong Kong island, being just minutes walk to the harbor.

Stayed here for work / pleasure

Rooms are big, clean, nice and decently priced.
Had a nice room overlooking the sky line of HK Island (every night the light-show could be watched from the room)

Breakfast expensive but every nice.

Negative:

Pool batchrooms could not be used by hotel guests only apartment residents

Hotel is lovely and everything you would expect of a Hyatt except, perhaps the wow factor that we've experienced in other Hyatts. Rooms are lovely but not the perfect view one might wish for and the lobby isn't as welcoming or glamorous as other 5 start hotels. Still, it is very hard to fault and would high recommend a stay.

I stayed at the Hyatt HK last week after a hiatus of a few years while the hotel was undergoing a renovation. It was well worth the wait. The guest rooms are very comfortable with all the guest amenities that one would expect. Coffee/tea service, wide screen TV, fast WiFi and the best shower that I have ever had in a hotel. The climate control in my room was also very effective and quiet. As an individual whose work involves building design, I am always (subconsciously) looking for mistakes. I could not find any here.

The restaurants are very good but not exceptional. Room service was very quick.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the MTR. The Tsim Sha Tsui station is a 2 minute walk from which one can get to HK Central within 10 minutes. Great shopping nearby on Nathan Street as well.

The staff are very efficient and knowledgeable. I was greeted by name at check-in and offered a choice of newspapers (South China Morning Post, IHT and Chinese newspapers) delivered to my room. The newspaper was delivered at every morning in a very timely way.

One watch-out. There is a step from the Level 3 hotel exit to Hanoi Street that one needs to be careful about because one never expects a step to be there. The hotel should do something about this before someone takes a tumble there.

In summary, a very good hotel offering comfort, luxury and convenience at reasonable prices. It will be my hotel of choice whenever I am in HK.

This Hyatt is very easy to get to transportation. The Tsim Sha Tsui metro line exit N3 is located directly below the hotel in the mall. there are signs everywhere directing you to the hotel, and it also makes it easy for you to get cheap transportation to anywhere in the city. If you prefer a taxi, going down to the parkade, accessed directly by elevator, will take you to the taxi stand, so you don't have to wander into HK streets to try to flag someone down.

The hotel is very clean, immaculately so, and the staff is helpful with anything you could possibly request. They quickly resolve all requests. I ordered some additional water, and it was in my hand in under 10 minutes.

There is a huge heated pool and hot tub both at the perfect temperature, that seems to be only used by foreigners like myself. I suspect that it's because at 21ºC everyone here still think that it's winter.

The food is fantastic, and not as expensive as it is in other large hotels, although it's still cheaper to just wander down the street and hit a restaurant.

The hotel is on the upper floor of a huge mall that has every major brand available. for the real Hong Kong shopping, it's available in less than a block.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable with a huge bathroom, seperate shower and bathtub, and very roomy for HK. I haven't been able to hear any outside traffic.

Room Tip: Harbor view rooms are very nice, you can see the island skyline, and there is zero outside noise.
